Food is great, but problems with both orders so far. No reply to email when reporting problem, which is a shame.

The products themselves are good - but the online shopping experience was very disappointing. I took my time to do an order, happy to be able to get a wider variety than in the supermarket. Everything went fine, order confirmed, money taken right away. The following day, I saw an email that I got a refund because apparently they don't deliver to my area. If you don't deliver to ordinary addresses in Scotland (close to ABERDEEN, not anywhere near the Highlands or Islands), then just make that clear right from the start - otherwise you just waste people's time.

I've tried four of Soulful Foods soups and loved them all. They are very tasty and nourishing, and I intend to continue purchasing soups from Soulful Foods on a regular basis from now on. Absolutely delicious!

I love these meals as they are full of flavour and good for you and the planet. They freeze well so it is worth buying a selection and storing them for use in the future. Delivery is reliable and when I had to contact customer service they were as nice as possible and sorted everything out very quickly.

I would highly recommend Soulful Pots, they are unbelievably delicious and the best bit is, there are no nasty additives. I bought my first two pots at the Co op and was SO impressed with them that I decided to order the 12 pack directly from Soulful. I will definitely be ordering more, the delivery was quick and efficient and they even allow you to return the packaging for free. Next time, I’ll keep all 12 for myself though, rather than giving them to friends and family to try, and incidentally, they all agree with me, totally delicious!!!!

Nice food, found the re order process tricky as as I tried to skip the month but it came anyway while I was in between changing my order for next month. Ended up with less than I needed to last a month now more next month. I guess it will all work out?

Love Soulful Food. The ordering is so easy and the choice on offer is fab, especially the vegan range. But what surpasses all of that is the quality of the food. I love that all pots are under 400 cals so makes dieting enjoyable :)

I love the product, find it very use full to have as a ready and enjoyable lunch for eg. Ordering and delivery is always straightforward and prompt. My only concern is the packing is it 100% recyclable? Can we somehow return it to you to reuse?

First delivery arrived un-frozen, with only one carton barely slushy. No responses, despite repeated queries as to whether this entire case can be re-frozen. Cancelled my subscription. Poor service all around.

As a non-vegan, I find the pots great for either a mid-day light meal or an evening supper. As a non-vegan, I am currently using the pots as a slimming aid, and a taster of what awaits me on the other side. While you can return the packaging, its excessive, seems to be one size fits all (a little like Amazon). TBF, I don't know what else they could do, its similar to Gousto, Hello Fresh etc. I used to buy from Tesco, but they only have a restricted range, so went direct on a 14 day repeat. with 20 or more pots to choose, boring it isnt.

Arrived 4 days late, 2 items missing. Although offered a discount on the next order of 20% the means are more like thick soups.

The use by dates on most of the pots were within 2 days of the delivery. And some pots had no date on them at all. I've no idea if this means the user by date is something to take note of or not. I emailed to query this, but no one replied. So I've ended up with lots of waste, as i won't be eating these.. I won't buy again. For me, this was a waste of money

Having been poorly for some time with long Covid, I felt I wanted a little simplicity in my life at present. I ordered a selection box to give it a try. I don't like using microwaves so was very happy I could just heat on the hob for 6 mins, and then I eat straight from the saucepan, couldn't be easier!!! On top of that its vegan, I chose gluten free and very tasty. The amount is sufficient but very easy to top up with your own food if feeling super hungry one day. Was delivered on time. More than happy with all the service would recommend.

I really rate this product highly. I’m always looking to prepare meals from scratch using Whole Foods myself with a plant based emphasis. If I haven’t got time these one pots are a fantastic backup - plant-based Whole Foods using natural ingredients with minimal processing. With a really diverse range but most importantly all of them taste fantastic. And it’s so easy to top and tail them with your own ingredients if you want.

My friend loves the meals I sent him and he's a meat eater so they must be tasty! Great price, great service, great choice.
