We thought the way the food was delivered was great, and the fact that you recycle the boxes and packaging is excellent. We have not come across this before. 10 out of 10. We ordered a selection of everything to try each One Pot. Having done so, our feedback is: West African Peanut and Chickpea and Thai Red Vegetable curry are delicious, followed by Brazilian Tomato and Black Bean. We would order these again for sure or buy them in a shop if available locally. The reason we give 3 stars is that we didn't really like the other One Pot flavours. They just weren't as tasty despite the wonderful sounding ingredients; they tasted a bit 'synthetic'. But if the One Pots we didn't enjoy hadn't been in the order we would have given 5 stars. Thank you.

A regular purchaser from Soulful food they always continue to give a great service with a good range of products. Had an issue around delivery recently and it was sorted quickly and efficiently by the customer service team. And really like the way as a company they include a free returns for packaging to reuse.

Fantastic food, great assistance from a REAL person, not an automated system, and a great deal. So happy I subscribed and I will continue to encourage all my health seeking friends to do the same :)

I love these little pots. They are delicious whilst being healthy and convenient. Being a veggie, I don’t have to check the ingredient list to know I can eat them. Although they don’t look like a lot, they are filling - ideal to take to work for lunch and cost less per pot than buying a sandwich at work. And when there’s no microwave, they are even nice cold. I have enjoyed trying all the different flavours. The only reason I didn’t go for 5 stars is because most of the pots in the 12 pack that were delivered had a ‘best before’ date that was too soon for me to get through them so I had to freeze a load of them. Which isn’t the end of the world, to be fair, I would just rather not have to freeze them. Also liked the fact that you can send back the box and cold packaging for re-use. I am recycling all the plastic pots by using them as plant pots!

I love these products, tried all the one pots and soups and I have never found one I don’t like, the Mac and cheese meal is perfection, company comms are friendly and helpful and the package for delivery ensures the product is kept perfectly fresh and safe. My only problem is why do I pay more when ordering directly from the supplier than when I purchase at the supermarket?

I love Soul Foods because they’re low calorie, nutritious and great for a quick lunch working from home. The Mac & Cheese are also great for a Friday treat! They’re excellent value too.

at last a healthy and tasty veggie option when you need a quick lunch ready in a few minutes. quick delivery and no postage charge - great recycled packaging which Soulfood will collect and reuse. I ordered on line as Tesco only sell 3 flavours and sometimes run out of stock. we put them in wraps with a little bit of cheese and some salad.

Only issue was expiry dates being fairly short.

Excellent food, speedy delivery, love the way it's possible to send the packaging back for reuse. Recommended

Quick and easy to use site, food extremely tasty no seasoning required and added bonus that the food is healthy with a minimum of your 2 a day. Longevity in Best before date.

Great food, good price, what’s not to like!

A couple of your products had a short shelf life, 2days to use the same one. And one was too salty, I have to mix it with fish and veg to break down the salt. I turned it into a stew. It was lovely after. The West African veg was a hit in my house! Overall this brand is good.
