I love that every time you eat a pot, you know that you're putting good stuff in to your body. Each pot is tasty and nutritious, and they can all go in the freezer until you're ready to eat.

I was having issues with the website yesterday. Tried a few different browsers but it still wasnt working. Put my order to the side for a break to go back to it today Woke up today and previous order had come out during the night. I was upset as i wanted to change my order and delete and add some more things but was having issues yesterday with their website Called this morning and Roxanna sorted it out over the phone this morning straight away with ease as i was quite worried about my situation Thank you very much for such a quick help and turn around in my concerns The food is really tasty and i would recommend you to order some 😊 Delivery fast and smooth

The food is lovely and just the right amount

Convenient healthy meals with lots of vegetables. I like having these on hand when in a hurry. I have ordered before and will order again. Shame supermarkets no longer stock this range

Product arrived and the pots on the bottom of the box were broken.

Great delivery, great price, perfect for people with busy lives. Only note is that the product labels had come loose due to them getting wet from the food being chilled.

The food is really delicious - and good for you! We're mid house renovation and I need food that's convenient but can't stand supermarket ready meals that are full of rubbish. These are great value and their customer service is really good too - there was a problem with the delivery (the fault of the courier) and they resolved it really quickly.

4 of the containers were cracked and the plastic went into the food. I emailed to report this and asked for 4 new tubs to be re sent and they weren't. Youy couldn't really have done worse tbh

I liked the food. The main issue was that the delivery was delayed and didn't take place on the day it was meant to. I got notifications for a UPS delivery on that day while I was at work but because it didn't say it was from Soulful I didn't realise that it was the meals. When I got home from work all the meals had defrosted which meant that I had to eat them very quickly. This was meant to be a trial run for when I am going to be housebound after surgery but the delivery person didn't use the intercom so I was unable to speak to them which would be necessary after the surgery as I won't be able to carry the box up to my flat.

Easy to shop online with a wide choice. Quick delivery and still cool. One pot was cracked down the side. I didn't bother to raise as an issue because only one affected. My rating mainly based on how I enjoyed eating the one pots.

I love your West African pots in particular, but didn’t find any label or instructions on how to return the foil etc. Unfortunately, one of the pot’s seal was broken and the lid was starting to come off, so I had to throw it away. Perhaps checking when packing should be even more meticulous? Delivery was when promised though, so thank you.
