We've used Sonovate for a few years now. Their front line service is excellent. Polite, knowledgeable and if they don't know the answer to your question they'll find someone who does. And on the very rare occasions they make a mistake they go out of their way to correct it. I can't ask for anything more.

Fantastic experience with Sonovate. 1000000% because of Harry Busby. WOW, what a guy! Always going above and beyond, working outside hours and booking in calls whenever I have additional questions. I was apprehensive about working with Sonovate as the fees are quite high, but Harry makes it all worth it and demonstrates excellent value for money. He is patient, friendly and always has a smile on his face. GIVE THIS MAN A PROMOTION!

To date, my experience with Sonovate has been excellent. Setting up a contract recruitment agency is complex, and efficiency is essential when it comes to managing contractor payroll and client invoicing. So I was extremely impressed with how simple the Sonovate platform is to use and, in particular, how good the timesheet system is for contractors, especially because they get paid in 7 days! All interactions with team members, particularly Harry Busby, Josh Abdelfatah, and Jack Pollard, have been fantastic. The only minor improvement could be with response times from customer services and credit control (hence the 4 stars). It does take a bit of chasing to get an answer but apart from that, I would highly recommend Sonovate!

I have worked with Sonovate for a while now and they always go above an beyond to help me, especially Sara McQueen. She has helped me numerous times when we have had issues and always goes above an beyond to help. She is knowledgeable and always happy to assist. An excellent problem solver and an asset to Sonovate. She deserves a raise!

I worked with Harry Busby to onboard a contractor and I was super impressed. He went above and beyond for me, jumping on a Zoom at short notice whenever I had a query, and chasing my client for me who was a little challenging to onboard. 5* for Harry, you made my life so much easier, thank you.

Absolutely dreadful. I’ve sent numerous emails to customer service asking for simple status updates and explanations why payments are delayed, and there have been consistent no replies. Not much focus on the customer or service… should be a simple thing

The two main themes throughout the 18 months I worked with Sonovate were no accountability and incompetence. They caused me sleepless nights, anxiety, stress, more work and they also cost me financially. Issues are met with meaningless customer service speech only for the same problems to repeat themselves. We were threatened with legal action several times, and in every case, the reason was due to Sonovate's incompetence. Don't expect any credit control, your debt will spiral which in turn means your temps won't be paid, you will be unable to service your client and you will be charged for the privilege. Other red flags I experienced, emails acknowledged but not actioned, not retrieving funds sent in error, emails ignored for up to 10 days, inconsistency in their procedures, inability to write an invoice, unable to match POs to invoices. After all this, I was wary of finding another funder after my experience with Sonovate, but thankfully Sonovate's issues seem to be unique to them. This baffles me further, who can one business be built so obtusely that it hurts their clients at every angle?! When managing contractors, you can sometimes get lost in the detail - Sonovate completely take all of those hurdles away, with a simple and officiant portal which is very clear and smooth. Aswell as a great system, Sonovate have an incredibly supportive team. I have had the pleasure of having Simone K (Business Development) & Harry B (Onboarding Executive) guide me throughout the process and what a delight it is to have such supportive specialists helping. I couldn't recommend the business or those two individuals enough. Thank you

Since day one I have been exceedingly impressed, not only the product and service that Sonovate provide but the way they go about it with impeccable customer service and on-hand assistance. With a type of "no win no fee" service, I can utilise Sonovate when I need to without being tied in which has enhanced the offering of my business substantially. Josh Abdelfatah has been ever present since day one with dedicated customer service, with Jack Pollard, Alex Milakovic and Jess Wigley on hand too. Thank you guys!

We have recently placed some IoT Consultants as contractors with a UK based client. We used Sonovate to process everything including the timesheets, approvals, invoices and all disbursements. It is an amazing systems, easy to use, very intuitive and payments are all received on time and correct! The team are amazing and Jack did a wonderful job making sure we were kept abreast of the process to get our client approved & loaded on to the system! Highly recommend them to any recruitment consultancy looking for support to place high value contractors!

The customer service at Sonovate is incredible. I've been nothing but impressed by the team and would highly recommend them to anybody. Massive thanks to Jack Pollard and Simone Kang in particular who consistently go above and beyond. Jack never fails to impress and has gone out of his way to make sure everything runs smoothly and is easily understandable. George and Sophie provide a fast, efficient and friendly service, understanding that sometimes speed is vital in contract recruitment.
