I love Sonovate, they essentially do what they promise to do - take the stress and hassle out of the recruitment process, so you can just get on and recruit. Do your job without worrying about admin, timesheets, payroll and cash flow. The system is relatively straightforward and after the initial admin of setting it up is pretty easy to navigate. Thumbs up for a good, beneficial and very reasonably priced service!

Having started working with Sonovate recently - we have found their service to be very good and are very easy to work with thus far. Their team seem extremely friendly, approachable and professional at all times.

I’ve seen a few negative reviews about Sonovate which is not my experience. Are they the best finance provider for everyone? Probably not, but who is! I’d say they are a good fit if you want flexible finance and simply don’t want back-office staff or have the time to manage them effectively. For that reason I’ve referred a number of businesses to Sonovate and will continue to do so. I look forward to seeing what new products they bring to market in 2018.

I have moved over to working with Sonovate from Bibbys. The service has been awful. They make consistent mistakes with invoices, we've had the highest amount of credits to date and they are extremely inflexible. They are expensive and there is consistent delays in getting answers on everything. I spent a long time deciding whether to work with Sonovate and what was sold to me what not as it is. Ensure if you are considering them, you understand there systems inside our before going ahead. The staff are lovely but the actual mechanics are dis-functional.

No hesitation in recommending the Sonovate team at all. Seamless implementation of the service from point of engagement through to day to day account management which is responsive and flexible in approach.

Good service for starting a contract book. However they are very inflexible and charge a lot for what they supply. They charge a % on the bill rate (including Vat which is not made clear from the start) around the 3 - 5%. So if you start at 5% and your average bill rate is £500 then they will charge 5% of £600 (including Vat) so £30 per day. As I said they are good to start with and probably a good option if you only expect to have 1 - 10 contractors but if you are looking to scale a book then my advice would be to work out how to do it yourself, as using sonovate is not scalable despite what they would tell you.

We have used Sonovate since day one and would highly recommend them. Sonovate makes life easy, is cost effective and reliable. We looked into many different solutions for our contractor payroll and Sonovate came out on top by a country mile.

I have been using Sonovate since we started our business over 2 years ago and it has always been a great experience. Sonovate are very mindful about the whole "customer experience" and as such have a great structure in place to make sure you are always looked after. Sonovate have grown really quickly over the last 12 months and even with this growth have continued to maintain a very supportive business model. I meet with Richard Lester approximately once every 6 weeks, speak to Jenny and Anthony as required regarding credit limits, PO's, etc. (both of whom are excellent) and Tanika is our account manager. Tanika is brilliant, always very responsive and efficient and resolving any queries extremely promptly. One contract had to be amended 5 times due to continuing changes from the contractor and customer, yet all were actioned by Tanika really quickly and efficiently. Sonovate really do allow you to build a contract book without having to worry about all the back office procedures that go along with it, letting you as a business owner focus on developing and growing your customer base.

As a new Client to Sonovate we have come across various teething problems regarding payments, time sheets, online portal queries that have always been addressed and dealt with efficiently and within a short amount of time.

Nothing is ever an issue for Jenny. She always comes back to me quickly and responds to any issues I have quickly. A pleasure to work with.

Sonovate just aren't good at what they do. All process appear manual and for that reason are prone to mistakes. I've had 3 months with Sonovate and not one invoice has been done correctly. I've spent countless hours getting mistakes corrected. At each turn Sonovate blame the software. A pitiful excuse if ever there was.
