Products sometimes take several days before they are shipped. 3-5 day shipping can take over a week.

Ordered on 1/5. It is now 1/14, and the package has not yet shipped. Tracking information says it is labeled. Haven’t even gone to USPS yet. ---1/17: Received an apologetic email response to my email (sent before this review.) Email says it's because *one* of the three flavors in the order was out of stock, will be in stock next week, and that they're reimbursing shipping cost and will "include 2 juices of your choice free of charge." That's nice, but it isn't clear how or when any of that is going to happen. Will update when there is more news, or a ship date.
Absolutely no flavor. I saw the other review with the same problem, but still chose to try it. It hits very similar to a regular Juul pod. So I'll give it a 3 star rating instead of 1
Had a little stock and shipping error, all I can say is patience is a virtue, they more than made up for it, excellent people, excellent service and by far best juice in the industry👊🏻

Amazing juice with good prices. Customer service responds to emails quickly. Ive ordered from them many times and will order again soon. The one problem I had was with the butterscotch juice. It ruined 7 coils I had in 1 week. All of the other juices worked great and didnt burn. I highly recommend them

I ordered product a week ago (7 days), my card was charged, I received notice that it shipped, but it hasn't arrived and the tracking number says it's still in pre-shipment. I have tried contacting the company and they won't respond. Not too happy.
