The instructions are very brief for a first tie vaper. I cannot get the vaper to start

I ordered over a dozen bottles of juice over a period of about a year. No problems. Then when I went to place an order it said "Billing zip code does not match processor" and held over a hundred dollars as a pending transaction on my bank account for 3 days. When I sent them an email the response I got was "I don't know why that would happen. I can see you've ordered from us before." Whelp, that's a big help isn't it? My review of this company is don't. Just don't.

I haven't tried every brand (there are a lot after all), but Solace is the best juice I've tried so far. I haven't tried all their flavors either (once again, there are a lot!) I'm particularly fond of Blue's Mango, and their juice seems to vaporize better. I also like that they sell other supplies, they obviously don't have everything but they carry the pods for my vape, so I can just place one order any time I need to restock. My only not-great experience was with cool tobacco, which tasted odd to me but I believe it's either my particular vape or perhaps my taste buds. When I asked them if they had some idea why or tips about they were very friendly and offered to send me another juice to try out. They really did not have to make that offer, and I think it really shows a commitment to providing not good customer *service* but a great customer *experience*, which I always appreciate. Easy to recommend them to others.
