Excellent product. One of the only places I have found in all the world that reliably sells Vanilla as a flavor of salt nic. the only problem is in the shipping. whether you pay for two day shipping or fork over for overnight, you're not getting your stuff until the next week. they send you the tracking number for the package days before it ships, and it doesn't update until the day after you get it.

It was great ordering from Solace. I found what I liked and wanted, ordered it, and it was shipped directly to me. I was told at the local vape store that it would take a year to restock the particular flavor I was looking for so I went to the source and had it in five days! Excellent product and service. Thank you Solace!

Excellent customer service! I accidentally ordered two bottles of the same juice. I immediately emailed them to explain my mistake. Since it was a weekend the order already went out and they credited my order. I didn’t even ask them to do that! Also very fast shipping!! Juice is awesome! I ordered a bottle of juice and it took a week to notify me that the juice I ordered was out of stock.

***EDIT*** Since the initial review was posted, Solace has been in contact several times and has definitely stepped up to make this right. I have used Solace salts since last January. Since I started using Solace products, I am completely free of tobacco products and I have noticed a tremendous improvement in my health and my family greatly appreciates my decision. I am using far less nicotine than I was when I was using tobacco and I enjoy the mint flavor. I especially like not smelling (and tasting) like an ashtray and I am grateful to no longer be a “smoking pariah”. I am fully aware that vaping is not without its risks but I know I feel better after giving up smoking and I wouldn’t change my decision for anything. Thank you Solace for making a quality product, helping me get healthier and mostly for standing behind your product when there are bumps in the supply chain. I placed my order 1/6/2020, a label with tracking number was emailed to me the same day. When I click on the tracking number, it has yet to be mailed. I have tried contacting Solace for the past three days by telephone, leaving detailed information with my cell phone number on Solace’s voicemail each day. I have received no response from the company since the 1/6 email with tracking information. I will gladly update this review if this order is successfully resolved but I see no reason for the lack of response from the company.

Solace Vapor craft the best salt nic juices without an artificial aftertaste. NJ is about to ban all vape flavors (besides tobacco) so I have to stock up.

Love the product but it took them a week to ship it out after order was placed. Edit- bumping it from 3 to 5 stars...once it was shipping it arrived quickly but my order was wrong. A sub was given because a flavor was OOS I discovered from their reply when i contacted them. They have gone to great lengths to make this all right for me. Refunded my shipping, refunded me for the OOS item, and will be sending me a free bottle of the OOS flavor when it comes in. Bravo.
