Used this company many times with excellent outcomes until this year. Ordered a Christmas hamper and several other items before the cut off date as stated in their website ( I purposely checked before placing the order) On checking the account today, found a note across the order saying orders now will be dispatch AFTER CHRISTMAS- no other notification, no other reason why. Really disappointed after many years of good service to be let down like this. Dreadful service.

Fantastic hamper. I saw on your website that you don't deliver to Northern Ireland so I ordered through Amazon. Arrived a day early which was great by Royal Mail. Beautiful black wicker hamper box and looked so lush - my dad was so happy with it. I added little extras of my own too - miniature whiskey bottles and some fudge as he doesn't like wine or port and I wasn't able to find a hamper online that you can custom yourself. I would 100% recommend and will definitely buy again. Great value for the price. 😊 5*

I cannot fault the customer service! First issue (my fault) I ordered it to the wrong address and I was unable to get it from there. I called 3 times to try and get it changed before they posted it out but I was too late. They posted out my order within 30 minutes which I was incredibly impressed by. The customer service rep ordered a new box for me free of charge as they could tell I tried to change the address before posting. Second issue (EVRI) lost my package. I contacted snowdonia again and they reordered my package and sent it out via a different delivery partner (DPD). Considering it’s Christmas and how busy they are, I’ve been so impressed with how they’ve handled me. I’ve told my entire family they’re only allowed to shop at Snowdonia now. Plus, the cheeses there are the best. 10/10, would recommend.

I would NOT recommend ordering from this company. They sent my order to the complete wrong address (I live in Northern Ireland and they delivered it to an address in Liverpool). I have contacted them 3 times to try and either get a re-delivery or a refund and have not heard one thing back. Extremely disappointed as this was a Christmas gift for my parents. I will never order from this company again and will be telling everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Very disappointed not to be able to send a Christmas gift hamper to an AB postcode on 9th December, yet i could post a parcel to Australia on the 12th for Christmas!

I had the cheese and beer hamper delivered to a friend, wow was their first response and was so impressed from the packaging to the contents. They sent me pictures and wow was what I said, a great company, easy ordering and great communication from ordering to delivering.

I cannot fault this company. Ordered twice now and on both occasions my delivery arrived within 24 hours from ordering. The cheeses and chutneys are to die for and they make great items for a hamper. I highly recommend the Snowdonia Cheese Company!

Ordered a £90 hamper. Still hasn't arrived due to courier. I was advised by the company that it was due to royal mail postal strikes, yet it wasn't even a royal mail delivery!!!!!!!! Obviously being fobbed of by seller....DONT USE THIS COMPANY, extremely rude, totally unprofessesional. This is relating to my experience ordering from this company in December 2022, and I totally stand by all I've said and have all the message's that were sent via amazon as proof of my dreadful experience, and the sheer incompetence of the Snowdonia cheese company in dealing with the 'missing/lost' hamper and the total embarrassment it caused me when my mother didn't receive the hamper I'd ordered to be sent to her address for Christmas

Outstanding quality of their cheeses are sadly let down by the couriers that they use. The only way that we can get their cheese delivered to Shetland is via a third party courier which takes a few days longer! The Welsh Cheese Company is well ahead of Snowdonia Cheese Company as they also sell other Welsh cheeses too! More and more Internet sellers are now offering a Royal Mail/parcelforce alternative albeit at a slight increase in charges; at least Royal Mail will deliver throughout the UK and the produce condition will be as expected. By the way we happen to live in the Shetland Islands; not Jupiter! #longliveroyalmail

Lucky to get 2 stars. Package arrived with broken bottle. No "fragile"on label. Lucky we opened in the kitchen rather than hallway as wine poured out everywhere. Also dangerous as contained broken glass. This was a Christmas present but took until April to eventually get a replacement of wine - then no apology. Cheese was nice but what a dreadful company.

Excellent service from start to finish. Email updates received at each step of process from Snowdonia and DHL. Extremely well packaged, the beers in the hamper were even cold. The hamper looks amazing. Sadly won’t get to taste as this is for a present but will definitely be ordering again.

We were sent a very pleasing looking hamper of cheeses, chutney and biscuits as a present. So far we have tried two cheeses - Cheddar and cranberry ( looks unappetising not helped by a nasty greyish and pink colour and is totally lacking in flavour) and Red Leicester (looks nice but mediocre). The biscuits were also lacking in any flavour. Tried one of the chutneys - too sweet and looking on their site really expensive. I make about 90lbs of preserves annually and would charge under £1 for a pot that size. But worst of all, the waxy coating on the cheeses is not recyclable or biodegradable. Looks good but disappointing.

Repeatedly cancelled my order 24 to 48 hours after I'd ordered. No reasons, no explanation, just cancelled - left people without gifts - terrible service

Ordered the Christmas cheese &wine wicker hamper as gift. Arrived on time but missing three items. When elderly recipient phoned to query missing items (using the hamper’s own contents guide to identify what was missing) customer service told the recipient that I hadn’t ordered the Christmas hamper (lie) and therefore nothing was missing. Perhaps Snowdonia can explain what I did order then as there is nothing else similar advertised???

Gift basket arrived as ordered and as per usual all the varieties of cheese are fantastic. Very good quality, very good flavours and mixes. Only problem is its already all been eaten!

Ordered a gift hamper to be delivered to my daughter on the 23rd December. Out of the blue I had a text from the courier telling me it was being delivered 3 days early in the next 2 hours. Luckily someone was home to take in the hamper. If, for any reason delivery had to be changed I should have been informed. When I contacted the company, I got a very curt response, and no apology. Will not order from them again. Product is great, customer service atrocious

I ordered this hamper for my brother in law & his partner as a Xmas gift. I requested a delivery date of Friday 23rd December but delivered yesterday. Then to make things worse the gift message I had written wasn’t with the hamper. So they had no idea who had bought the gift. It’s my first time using Snowdonia Cheese and I’m extremely disappointed. I expected better and more than likely won’t use them again.

Well just got another don’t care reply re the delivery. Still missing the point. I should have had some form of notice from you so I could make arrangements. The worst customer service EVER! My daughter’s Christmas present (hamper) has been delivered on the wrong date. No notice in advance and luckily she was home. It ruined my gift to her. I’d also arranged breads from the local bakery to arrive along with the hamper. So I phoned to see what they could do because I couldn’t even get in touch with my daughter to see if she was home. Anyway, the really rude women said “there is nothing she would/could do and that was that. Horrible and rude. So don’t order N hamper if you actually want to know when it’s arriving. Even if I’d had some notice then I maybe could have rearranged thing. And her answer to me was “well the cheese is good until 2023 😂

I ordered 3 Luxury Cheese & Wine Hampers, fantastic presentation and a really lovely gift for the recipients. Would definitely recommend purchasing.

Be very careful ordering from here. I checked that the recipient was not away so placed my order. Less than 24 hours later I was informed that the recipient was going away for a few days, so I contacted Snowdonia Cheese to delay my order. Apparently it is not possible to delay despatch so I may just have chucked £70 down the drain if my friends are not in. Won’t be getting fresh product again from here.
