Not a fan. The hardest platform to make money on compared to other trading software. Very inflexible.

I’ve had a very positive experience using SmartChart. The platform is user-friendly and provides excellent tools to support trading decisions. It’s not a quick-win solution—you need to take the time to learn and fully understand the system. The key to success is staying consistent, following your strategy, and keeping your emotions in check. Once I achieved my trading goals, the payout process was smooth and efficient, which gave me confidence in the platform. If you’re serious about trading and willing to put in the effort, SmartChart is a great tool to have in your corner.

I have had Smartcharts for just over a week and I have to say that the program is very impressive, having used several trading programs (MT5 MT4 Tradingview Activtrades and a few more) I can say it is up there with the best and in some aspects offers features the the others do not, mainly the pre-selected strategies that highlight possible trades. I initially had problems with activation of features that had been paid for but not activated. I tried to use the chat box but it took 38 hours to reply and then the answer was incorrect. Further emails did not resolve the issue it wasn't until I started throwing My toys out of the pram that that all of the issues were resolved, hopefully this was teething problems and will not reoccur (I may uprate this review). Couple of niggles The settings button works sometimes and not others, (I have to keep logging in and out to get it to work) The other major irritation is the chart doesn't update your position, for example place a trade, said trade runs overnight and either gets stopped out or reaches target, got to Smartcharts in the morning and it appears that the trade is still active (showing current profit or loss) this is not the case and Smartcharts throws up error if you try to alter trade (which in reality is no longer in place) Seems that Smartcharts does not automatically sync with its server, I have never experienced this problem with any other trading platform. So on the whole Could do Better Fix the issues and get an better rating

Learn to trade is by far the best trading school in the world. Smartchart's itself is really easy to use in terms of navigating the platform, doing all the maths for you and setting up trades for you allowing a set and forget framework. The tutors and mentors are extremely supportive and relatable because they always emphasis they were in the same shoes we were in so they never judge us. The only 2 things I would suggest to improve smarts charts is that smart charts shows you which historical signals were winning trades and which were losers more clearly as sometimes you really have to zoom in to see if it resulted in a win or not. This was done in the 180PC decision video, but it wasn't shown in the actual charts. The other thing is that other timeframes are greyed out and harder to access without doing customization at the bottom which can make things more complex for beginners. for instance the pip runner strategy doesn't let you look at higher timeframes. other than that, you can't find anything better out there.

Smartcharts is easy to use, if you are a new trader you will only need to follow are few check lists. Since it does the hard work for you, it makes trading so much easier. Everything you need from video's to get more insight, weather learning or trading everything is one click away. Fully recommend Smartcharts to anyone.

Just finished the 3 days course, it’s informative and I learnt new things, but still not confident enough to trade on my own.

The knowledge and expertise passed on are invaluable, even to me being slow and hands-on this is a must system for all beginners even those practicing. THank you team

Few things reek of fraud more than a company that's all ears when taking your money but pulls a disappearing act when it's time to give it back. This wait-out-the-guarantee routine is a classic textbook scam. I am done playing those games. That's why I work exclusively with Working Formula now, real withdrawals, no drama, and a team that actually delivers on their promises. Trust matter, stay alert folks.

Great tool to use for trading, not sure I would be able to do this without it!

The support team at Smart Charts were very helpful and professional answering questions that I raised prior to going onto the course alleviating many of my fears. The course itself is 'intensive' cramming everything you need to know into 2 days with an additional 1 day applying that learning. There was much to absorb so the challenge is how to apply what I have learnt to using the software which itself is very powerful... only time will tell.

The three day course was very informative

The course was very engaging, the instructors were very conversant with their designated topics, and clinical with the delivery. Excellence was in demonstration, imparted on you was the foundation and mindset that if you followed the instructions, one could easily make a career out of this experience.

I am a satisfied client SC explained the diverse categories and nature of Forex in a well presented and informative manner to digest. The course served me very well and the training sessions were again professional but real where necessary, very important. We were told not to assume but I can only assume so far that they work at a good level of transparency. I recommend.

The course provides you with many trading forex strategies and the teachers of the course are well educated in that field to help teach you, however, there is a lot to learn in one go and the course is over three days from roughly 9-6pm. I found this difficult to keep my attention fully focused at times.

as an older 'invester newbie' citizen (old dog and new tricks) it was an interesting (but 'siloed' i.e. no contact with fellow participants)) experience with a lot of information to absorb, digest and take ownership of.

I have always thought this whole SmartCharts thing was just another scam. Always seeing Greg, and in recent times others advertising on youtube about what it can do. But you know what, this technology is absolutely amazing!!! I have come in real contact with it and smart is and understatement, its simply WOW!!!

After paying £10.000 for a course, where I was told I would get a mentor and access to an AI platform. I was told 5000 was for course and 5000 was for the AI software. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances, I couldn’t continue with the course at the time. Was told that would be no problem come back when I’m ready as I Did not get any training on the AI software. Also I was told if I did not continue paying the subscription fee every month I wouldn’t get access to the software. They are making promises and offering a product and a service that doesn’t exist. Very shady tactics. I recently signed back up for their monthly subscription to gain access to the software I already purchased through one of their many sales tactics, which offered a 3 day refresher course. Well once I got access to the software I Noticed I didn’t have the same access as I had before, ie: The software I purchased, and no sign of the 3 day refresher course. I have made numerous attempts to contact them five emails to be precise and no one has called Or even returned an email. Very disappointed and I feel a conned. Currently in talks with the bank and trading standards and will be doing everything in my financial power to see that my money is returned. I have luckily kept every correspondence I’ve had with them and I even video recorded any sessions I had with them so plenty of evidence. I’ve given them plenty of opportunity. It’s now time to share my experience with everyone. I can. I hope this helps someone. There is similar options around, That are more legit. Beware Very Good sales tactics, Not very good at delivering.

They promise the stars and the moon but they deliver nothing, as you don’t get full access to their systems, you can’t access the bootcamps or classes, their response time is totally unacceptable
