What a wonderfully intuitive program to use. I love the layout and ease of use....but above all it does so much of the heavy lifting for me. It has taken me some time to work out my trading style, but now that I know what it is, it's so easy getting Smart Charts to give me all my options to consider. I've used lots of forex platforms before, but nothing comes close to this. It's brilliant.
I have used SmartCharts for over two years now. The interface is user-friendly and easy to navigate. It is easily customizable, has broad range of technical indicators, for analysis, response time is quick with no conceivable lag, backtesting results are delivered quickly, I've rarely had to contact the customer support, which in my view supports the fact that their platform is robust, reliable and powerful. SmartChart is a well-built piece of trading software. It is great for beginners and professional traders. The trading software is integrated with Artificial intelligence that helps to generate trade signals, and it has risk management, journals, and e-learning all in-suite. However, it is not Super Smart. Sometimes It's trade signals fail to realize speculated target; as market sentiments and high-impact news forming fundamental analysis are able to beat it. Sure it is expected. Overall though, it is a powerful, versatile piece of trading software that can be used to trade Forex, Stock Indices, and commodities. There is no other like it.
The 3 day learn to trade course was very good and informative and has given me a fresh focus in my trading journey. Thank you to Jitan, Gurdas & Lee for their input in making the experience an enjoyable one.
I love SmartCharts. I have used them for over two years and what a relief not having to do all the tedious calculations every time you want to place a trade. During lockdown every one said 'stay safe' well that is what SmartCharts does as far as trading is concerned , it keeps you fiancially safe with its very easy to use risk management, no costly errors. As for the inbuilt strategies, fantastic and well thought out , I would never want to go back to any other platform again.

Brilliant! The standard filters save a huge percentage of time wading through the whole market and frees up the headspace to focus on likely profitable trades.

Fantastic 3 days spent on Learn Forex course learning about how Smart Charts helps analyse the Forex market, to provide potential trading opportunities. In addition to this the added training on how to put this information into context to see if the opportunities provided by Smart Charts meet the Trading Plan (which we received help with writing). Looking forward to the journey now that I have a map.
smart chart is an efficient tool and helps to take the pain out of trading, occasional free subscriptions could be given out to long term traders as a sign of loyalty. The AI chart is not proving as adept as was sold
the softwire make trading much easier. it does all the hard work and it take little time to do your analysis love love it.

What i experienced was not what the add been advertising. 1.No 5k account provided 2.Capital index isn't gonna give a live account as my investment gonna be 250-1000 every month, only if a trader add 10k or 50k it might, and even tho i submit the documents they did not approve them, and future withdrawals won't be possible as capital index is not a right broker that gonna allow to withdraw and costumers assistance not gonna help out, as reviews are all negative, about them. For a smartcharts to improve is better to give us a choice in the smartcharts to choose our own broker as fxcm, icmarkets, blueberrie markets,ecc. What is positively likely is only the course and live Analysis of market with auto risk calculation, and that you can implement that in mt4-mt5 or ctrader actually it's a misleading advertising for people who don't own 10k or 50k. 3.I'm not professional trader but advanced i'm available to trade in sierra chart mt5-mt4 and ctrader. Smartcharts is good platform but they have to change the broker as that's is the cause of all this
I took the 3 day course in January of this year (2024). I enjoyed the course immensely as this was something I intended to pursue regardless of any sale pitch. I am trading a company account with £20,000 (80:20 split in my favour). I'm contacting you on Trustpilot as I rarely get a reply through email. My main gripe is the smart charts software, and how the stop loss is triggered randomly in 'no man's land' ie, no where near where the trading bars are. This has happened a few times now.I'm fully prepared to lose money in the pursuit of knowledge/experience but losses such as this are hard to bear.
oh well i have to say its official smarts AI is absolutely shocking if you want to loose consistently in trading then use this AI I wont be renewing my subscription also you cant even contact anyone at this company complete rubbish I'm done
The daily walkthrough call was a great introduction to SmartCharts. They walked me through the setup, explained how to trade, and gave me tips on risk management. Once the call was over, my 5k account was activated, and I've been trading confidently since then,

Upgrading to the Certified Trader Program was a smart choice. The LFX training and coaching sessions were detailed and hands-on, and the $15,000 account with 80% payouts has made trading much easier-I'm already seeing positive changes.
