No customer service available on phone or email for that matter. Tried cancelling my subscription as I’ve not touched it in 5 months. Email 2 different departments to cancel. Then was still charge few days later. Chased it up further by calling again and was told the department I need to contact is only reachable by email. It’s been more than a week no response. Appalling after I was charged an arm and a leg to enrol and learn (which was via zoom over 3 days and not worth the money) and then charged a further monthly fee to use the smart charts. Personally wouldn’t recommend their services. It’s all about making a quick buck and not caring about the people they enrol.

I've tried other platforms like FTMO, but Smart Charts is on another level. The Al tools, combined with no drawdown limits. make it a much better deal. The webinars are fantastic, and Jitan provides actionable insights every day. The Trades University is also very well-structured. Overall, I'm very happy with it.

There is no secret to trading. It is an up / down game and many like these guys will charge to “Help” you learn to trade. IF they have discovered such a wonderful system that makes so much money, why do they have to supplement their income with their courses? Use common sense and logic. Whilst I wouldn’t say this is a complete rip off, its value is minimal. Anything they teach you is easier to learn yourself. Edit, I see smart charts have left a generic reply. Really, nothing these guys will charge you to tell you is difficult to learn for free online. Aside from this, perhaps also read the reviews from those who have lost thousands. You say it’s difficult to help me if you don’t know who I am or what courses I have taken. Utter nonsense. Stop taking advantage of people’s need to make some money for themselves. They can do so without you and without paying such ridiculous fees.

I recently purchased the Smart Chart AI trading platform for £2,999, hoping to see positive returns. Unfortunately, the platform is not accurate, and I couldn't make any money from it. When I tried to get my money back, I encountered a brick wall. The team was more than happy to take my money via phone call, but when it came to refunds, there was no phone support. I was instructed to send an email instead. Despite sending dozens of emails, they waited until the 14-day money-back guarantee period expired before responding. They then told me that it was too late to issue a refund. This company is a fraud and a disgrace. I hope no one else falls for their tactics because you'll only lose your money. The £2,999 I spent was all my savings, and now I'm in debt because of their refusal to refund me. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of Smart Chart.

I spent about two years and £7,000 , at the end I came to the definite conclusion that all their strategies , and Smartchart are absolutely worthless. after two years experience I advice you strongly that stay away of these scammers.

Learn to trade with an AI Smart chart claiming to be the best elearning with a revolutionise and most effective Smart chart. All of these are absolute not true and a deception. I purchased a smart charts worth 5k that doesn’t work which is no difference with an ordenary platform. It has built in strategy and one of those is the T wave which is not working. Built in elearning which very poor offering nothing to learn. No mentor as promised. I hope we can escalate this matter to the authority to stop them and get our money back. A big Scam!

This company initally were helpful, the training was reasonable, but having done a course with another company, they need to improve a lot. When I finished the course, I passed over a lot of money with Gurdas said they would add to this and i could start trading, he also suggested to use the demo account first, sensible. Since then i have not had access to my money and when i try to ask where it is, can i get it to trade with or get it back, they come up with all types of excuses not to give it to me...... Do NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT RETURN IT

Majority of the positive reviews are from people who have just done the course and are not successful traders, (check out other review sites such as product review) they are just People in the honeymoon happy phase of finding something they think will work, and they are happy having someone listen to them and be nice to them from smartcharts. These guys give false hope to beginners and the major problem, is that it keeps these people locked into a narrow information funnel, teaching people just enough to use there systems but not enough to find there own trading approach or be a "real" trader or relate to other traders, most if not all of the useful, correct and time tested information about indicators etc can be found online on seckers YouTube and all over the internet, can't throw the baby out with the bath water there is some ordinary, standard Information for FREE on his YouTube. But there are also a plethora of successful, verified, on the table and transparent traders all over YouTube and in trading view that are sharing their systems for free, NOT GATEKEEPING! because they are real, successful traders that are not trying to sell you anything..... They know the journey is hard and they help share knowledge to help others, think about that INTENTION!!!! They are also not trying to make trading sound fancy or overcomplicated, BS baffles brains.! I'll go as far to say,... Almost every single review that's positive about smartcharts is from an unsuccessful beginner trader.. who is happy they have found some "help" and are excited. ..... But not winning traders .... Think about that when you read those positive reviews ...... I have paid 5k for the 3 day course and the monthly subscription for smartcharts and been through this .... And what I really want to say to you reading, is what I wish someone had said to me.... Look around first , take time to look around, have a look on trading view where you can for free look at successful traders posts , and on YouTube , you can see successful traders !!!!!!! Check out Nick Shawn on YouTube ... Fully Transperant, posts all his trades live !!!! All I am saying is that there are so many traders with Integrity and there is so much out there that WILL help you more and for free or ALOT less. LOOK AROUND !!!!!! And good luck on your trading journey ! Never give up ! Find your own way !

Paid £5,000 for a training course and after ask me for more money and saying I will take 8 years to able to achieve reasonable trading. Asking more and more money to deposit. Total a scam
