If I could I would do zero stars. I ordered a Samsung A21s White phone got the delivery and it was the blue phone! Sorry but there's a huge difference between white and blue and on top of that they had to cheek to actually say when they get the phone back they are gonna check it for any damage or been used. So they can check that but can't check what they send out and the fact I work hard for my money as I'm a teen, I was looking forward to my new phone as I bought it myself but honestly the experience I've had I wouldn't want to do it again. Now I have to pay the people back so they can take it away. I'm already out of pocket as it is for the phone but now having to pay for them to take back there mistake is disgusting. Don't get me started on when I complained about it. The way they get InTouch with u is horrendous I'm honestly shocked and considering not ordering anything else. I work hard to earn my money and I'm wasting it all on fixing someone's mistakes. Honestly don't recommend this company at all. I'm also now out of pocket coz I ordered the same phone from a different company and still out of pocket till they send me my money back which I can guarantee it's gonna take the p*ss. I'm not one to do reviews and stuff but I thought I'd share my experience about this. Now I've gone to only branded and getting the same phone for next day delivery now that's customer service ☺️.
I bought a multifunction juicer from this company in April 24th and yet to receive the item, cans I get my money back or the item please. In this hard times we're in and my money is being scammed from me is a shame.
Do not buy from this company. Wish I had read reviews before buying my two Samsung tablets. They had originated from the USA. As soon as I turned them on there were glitches. They were very slow, kept freezing and timing out. The software will not update and this is causing problems with some apps. One of them has now randomly deleted some apps and the Google Play store does not work. I am unable to update or download any new apps. Was not worth the small saving I thought I was making. Customer service is also diabolical. They will not reply to you once they have your money.
If I could leave no stars I would !!! This company is a disgrace they lost my iPhone X and are the hardest to get in contact with after 6 months I eventually got my 470€ back by contacting my BANK a disgrace is a nice word for this company !!! Absolutely rediculous
0rdered an Armani watch for my grandson , sent me a receipt & 3-5 days delivery! 3 weeks later and 3 emails asking where it is, nothing!!! Not even a reply to my emails. Contact phone number is in Delaware, USA! I thankfully paid by credit card, so cancelled the payment. Do not !!! Order anything from this company. They are totally shameless and should be closed down.

Hi I have ordered and received a Samsung A51 unlocked phone...But it is not unlocked and cannot get the company to provide an unlock code or arrange for its return and refund. Wish I had read the terrible customer service reviews before I had made the purchase. Please take care before ordering from this comany.

Be careful. We bought 2 Samsung E20 phones phones in May. Neither of them worked as telephones. If we had read the reviews first we would not have bought from here. We sent them back registered post. I was refunded in full for one of them but I had to send proof of tracking numbers. The second wasn't refunded in full despite it being returned in original packaging in original condition. I have written several times but they have not communicated with me why they have not refunded me in full. All in all a tiresome and stressful experience.
Don’t BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY I’ve recently ordered 2 new iPhones that cost around 1k when they gave me the tracking code and the information hasn’t changed in 11 days it still says “still preparing item “ when I approached them with this issue they kept saying they’ll reach back to me once they checked with the warehouse but they never reached back and I have to message them AGAIN to tell me what’s going on and every time they say “let me check back with the warehouse “ ALWAYS BUY FROM A TRUSTED DEALER JUST BECAUSE ITS CHEAP DOESN’T MEAN ITS ANY GOOD
DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Wish I’d read the reviews first. I ordered a watch on 31/05/2020. Advised dispatch within 48-72 hours. Received Royal Mail tracking number but I’ve still not received my item and the company does not respond to my emails.
Unfortunately, there is not an option to rate as zero. This company sold me a mobile phone (a Samsung A20e) described as "unlocked". They sent me a handset locked to the Vodafone network and I'm not convinced it was brand new due to small markings on the back case. When I raised this with them they assured me Vodafone handsets accept all SIM cards. They don't. They advised I tried different SIM cards, which I did, and I found the only SIM card that worked was a Vodafone SIM. I requested a refund as I needed a replacement handset urgently so I purchased a properly unlocked handset from a reputable retailer (for an extra £10) but Smart only offered to exchange the handset. I was wary about returning the handset because, after investigating Smart and reading reviews on Trust Pilot, I discovered a history of customers returning products and receiving no refund. These customers then went on to complain that Smart simply blanked and ignored all attempts at communication. After further investigation, I discovered that Smart use a third party company named as A&B International Limited to handle their returns. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN SUBJECTED TO A COMPULSORY STRIKE-OFF BY COMPANIES HOUSE IN THE UK ON 07/01/2020 AND THEREFORE, BY CONTINUING TO OPERATE, ARE DOING SO ILLEGALLY!! I have given Smart numerous opportunities to refund me via PayPal (no chance will I give them my bank details directly) but they just keep sending me a 'copy and paste' response about sending the handset back before they will consider a refund. Obviously, because of their history regarding refunds highlighted significantly on Trust Pilot, I stated the item will be returned only after a refund has been confirmed. I've argued that they sold me a product based on trust and, given their history, they should accept I will return the product based on trust which, I absolutely would - at my own expense. As no progress has been made, I have informed them that I will just sell the handset on eBay for whatever I can get for it and write appropriate reviews regarding their business practice. I have written to BBC Watchdog and will continue writing to other media outlets in a personal mission to bring these fraudsters to account. Don't be a mug; don't buy from these fraudsters. Spend an extra tenner and buy from a reputable dealer.
I wish I'd seen the reviews of this company before I purchased a mobile from them. I tried to cancel the order, but it was despatched to me anyway. As with other customers, you never get a response from emails you send and you're left with the feeling that you're being ripped off. I have so little faith in them, that I'm not going to send the phone back, because I believe I wouldn't get a refund and I'd be forever chasing them. I'll keep the phone as a back up (having purchased one from a reputable supplier) and chalk this one down to experience.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Purchased what I thought was a brand new iPhone. After a month the camera stopped working. Thinking these things happen I tried to contact Smart X to get a replacement... NOTHING for over 4 months!! Finally decided to sort it out myself and took the phone to be repaired. Turns out my ‘brand new iPhone’ had some Chinese knock off camera inside as the original had been removed. It also had some screws in there which actually belonged in a Samsung which apparently could have broken the entire motherboard!!! Fraud company who we have reported.

Do not order. Product received 3 weeks late but misadvertised completely. I ordered a samsung a20e and it said it would be delivered within 3 working days. This arrived 3 weeks later. Not only that but it was meant to be an unlocked phone and gues what? Its locked!!! I now have a phone where I can't use my sim card in. I have emailed them but no response. Poor customer service. During this time I have been emailing numerous amount of times with very little or no response. A complete joke of a company.
