Advertising items that are not in stock so then offering alternatives which they also did not have in stock but said I would receive within a week or two ! Only giving a star as I finally got refunded 👎
An absolute nightmare of a company to deal with. They sent the wrong item, then promised me a replacement and refund of return postage, neither of which I ever received. Constantly trying to get hold of someone but their customer services refuse to engage with any conversation which they don't like the sound of.. Unfortunately I have resorted to taking further action through my bank as a week of empty promises is too long. I want my money back!
