SCUM!!!! Be ware! Don't Buy! I ordered a Samsung mobile and it never came! They don't reply email either. I am going to contact my bank to ask for my money back so hopefully I will get my money back!

Ordered from this company over a month ago and still have not received my item. I’ve tried contacting them and each time have been ignored. Very poor customer service. Don’t recommend.

I ordered in good faith a new Apple IPhone 8 Plus from Smart X Direct .co.uk well over 8 days. I understood the vendor was Apple - that is what was said on the detail. Despatch was 48hr, Royal Mail, Shipping was 5-7 days. NOTHING ..I have paid £335. I have emailed the twice and have asked to be contacted, again Nothing.. Who is behind this company? I will update this review if I do receive the phone. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY order your product elsewhere.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring light on 26/4/20 which I am still waiting for. The delivery email came through which tells me it is still in China and has been with the delivery company since 7/5/20. I’ve contacted both smartx and the delivery company with no response. They are very misleading with the .co.uk website as they are clearly not a uk company since their goods are coming from China!

UTTER SCAM, SPENT £325 ON A WATCH TO BE CANCELED AND TOLD IVE BEEN REFUNDED WHEN I HAVEN’T

last year I rated this company now when I find out the 2 Samsung Galaxy A70 phones DO NOT have UK/EU warranties I've had to reconsider. My advice do not buy anything of value as in my case what was sold as full 2 year warranty was total BS. Also they are not responding to any calls, I also notice the original Trustpiolot review site for them is now closed to reviews. I even spoke to Samsung with regards to replacement screen, this is a now go, so now my phone is broken and irreparable DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE.

My new iPhone 8 is great! It arrived a week later on time exactly as they said It would. It works perfectly well. Everything’s great. Although I’m going to check in again to see if it still sufficiently works. I would recommend highly!

I wish I could give no stars. Ordered a phone on 14/4 for my sons birthday, new, just not boxed. A phone arrived on 24/4, later than expected, but with C-19 I could understand. However, phone didn’t work, turned itself off - couldn’t be used off a power cable. Wrote to their customer services to arrange a return - they asked me all the information I had given in my email, but they authorised a return. Sent the phone back recorded - so glad I did that to prove they had it! They said I would receive a replacement within 24-48 hours. 16th May - no phone still - they are no longer replying to emails. I wrote a review on their website/product page on 13/5, that they have removed - so have written another today. All I wanted is a phone that worked as advertised for my son’s birthday - how hard can it be? Do not buy from them. They misrepresent their service on their website, by deleting any bad reviews - or so it seems to me.

Website says "Brand new. All products are 100% brand new ". Lower down on item page, it says "PRODUCTS ARE LIKE BRAND NEW RETAIL READY" and "CONDITION HAS NO COSMETIC DEFECTS, BLEMISHES, DENTS, SCRATCHES OR SIGNS OF AGE". The iPhone XS arrived with a significant dent. In communication with them, they never addressed the fact that the iPhone was not new. Multiple emails were sent before a response was had. Company address in USA. They say return address in England is to a third party that deal with returns only. It would seem to me that this arrangement would try to discourage reports to Trading Standards. The review I wrote for the product in response to the request for a review, has not been published on their website. I was grateful I had paid by PayPal and was able to raise a dispute, which Paypal paid out on.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a watch for my sisters birthday on 23/4/20 and it has not arrived! I can’t get in touch with them as there is no phone and they are not responding to my emails. I cannot track the order because when I put the order number into their tracking option on their website it says incorrect tracking number! Am really disappointed with this experience DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!! Beware!!

Bought a watch armrni doesn't work tried contacting 6/7times no reresponse

This company cheated. They sold me a phone in Dec 2019 'New' opened box saying that the phone was purchased as new by someone, opened but returned 'new'. When I started having failures on the phone I contact Apple to get manufacturer warranty repair and Apple formally confirmed to me that phone was first purchased by someone in Aug 2018, activated and used (I have formal Apple e-mail)! So SMARTXDIRECT miss sold me a phone as new. After 4 months of using a phone, it shows battery service required, lens is loosing focus (dirt inside) + other things. They havan't responsed to any of my emails or chat question or phones! Now I'm left with a phone which is old (not new as I purchased( and they don't respond to any contact! Don't buy from them!

Paid for a watch 2 weeks still waiting for it to be despatched, they do not return emails and are impossible to contact, absolute waste of time and money, hopefully PayPal will return my money

They sent a faulty reconditioned tablet instead of a new one. They do not answer the phone, and do not always respond to emails or online chat. I sent the faulty model back 30/04/20 however i am still waiting for a refund and now they are not responding back at all when I have asked for an update. Beware when ordering from this company and take heed of the negative reviews.... there's a reason there are so many of them!

Ordered AirPod case came in 3 days good condition fits my AirPods worth the price.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a samsung tablet from them. A couple of days later I received an email to say the order had been cancelled as they suspected the payment was fraudulent. This was obviously a surprise and concern to me so I tried to contact them using their question tool on the website and by emailing them, but did not receive a response to either. A couple of days later I noticed that despite saying the order was cancelled, they still proceeded to take the payment. I have now tried to contact them by phoning their American customer services number (no answer) and sending a message on whatsapp, from which I received an automated reply to say that someone would respond.My simple advice to anyone else who wants to avoid going through the same is do not use this company.

Purchased a watch on the 01/02/20 which is apparently arriving tomorrow 04/03/20 as per a delivery email received from both SmartX Direct and Royal Mail. On the 10/02/20 I requested an update as this was a present for Valentine’s Day, to which I received a response that this was processing and when they are able to ship, I would be notified. Realising this was cutting it short, I responded to the email asking for this to be cancelled. I have received no such response until yesterday that my item was on its way. Again I have contacted to advise I want a refund and told to refuse the item upon delivery and a refund will be issued. Regrettably, I have only checked these reviews post purchase but it would seem I will not receive a refund and it’s highly likely the item will be fake or refurbished, if such item arrives. I will be contacting my credit card provider for a refund direct and would strongly recommend that no uses this company moving forward!!
