We have recently purchased a bed from this company and were very happy with the bed but were surprised at the cost for delivery charged £55 for delivery to a mainland address 70 miles 2 hours north of Glasgow. Despite this, as we were happy with the bed we decided to order just an additional mattress from the same company. They are now charging £75.00 for delivery of a mattress, which is vacuum shrink wrapped in Plastic and takes up minimal space. This cost is absolutely outrageous, and has put us off ordering from them again, pity as the product seems to be good. I did contact them to query the charge and was told that they had changed couriers to Panther and this is what they are being charged. So please note this if you are intending to place an order with them.

Received a damaged bed broken bed from this company. When phoned to ask to return was told I was only allowed 7 day return, however it stated 14 days on the letter I received with the bed. Phoned back the next day and was given apologies by another member of staff and told I was given wrong information and could return it. We decided on Thursday last week that the bed would be picked up by there carriers.... Suprise suprise no one turned up (missed a days work) didn't have a phone call to say nobody was coming either, rang again the next day Friday after several apologies through email to organise a pick up of the damaged bed and again NO SHOW and was not informed nobody was coming again missing a days work, when the company have tried to contact the carriers they haven't even got a valid excuse as to why they could not pick the damaged goods up and was told I was a liar and the bed was not in the correct packaging on Friday so they never took it, however was sat in for two days straight and nobody had come to my property. AGAIN I have had to ring after being told the company is shut over the weekend, and they have told me the can only do a afternoon collection, I work full time and have missed two days work already I also live in a flat so would need to be in for them to collect the bed. But again been told there is nothing they can do and only in this area at a certain time! I am DISGUSTED with this company and if the problem is not resolved I will contact the police DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FUTHER MORE DAMAGED GOODS THAT YOU DO NOT WANT TO RETURN AND GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS MONEY BACK!!!!!!!

I have purchased the above bed and am very happy with it. Courier was friendly and was delivered on the day stated. The LED headboard has many different colours and brightens up my room. I would recommend this company to friends and family

I ordered a faux leather cream sofa bed from Italian Designer Beds and I am absolutely delighted with it! The delivery was exceptionally quick and the item was very well packed. I actually bought it for my mobile home in France and it looks superb. The sofa is very well made and comfortable to sit on. I was very impressed with the delivery time. Ordered my bed on Thursday morning, delivered by 16:00 next day. The bed itself is well made, the slats are robust (unlike some you'll find on more expensive beds) and the mattress is extremely comfortable. All in all, I can't find anything to be unhappy with and will be making more purchases in the future.

I ordered a bed from this company, with in two days it had been delivered. Fantastic speedy service, the bed arrived in perfect condition and matched the description perfectly. couldn't have wished for a better service.

Got a bed worth £1300 on Groupon for £300 with delivery. King size with a memory mattress! so soft, easy to assemble and no complaints! Finally getting a good night's sleep! :D

Not happy about delivery. I was contacted by txt friday pm telling me a delivery will take place on monday. I tried to call back on this number to rearange time as I am working away but couldnt get through. Paid my friend to stay to wait for delivery but nobody turned up. The bed was delivered tuesday after a txt from another number. People do work and aproapriate arrangementa need to be made to be at home. I was told about delivery giving of no option about times. Not happy at all. Bed seems to be ok. But matress not very good quality I can feel springs already.
