Bought a bed from Sleep Design, arrived quickly and with good communication. There was a damage issue, but this was quickly resolved by the Customer Service team who are very responsive.

Ordered a sofa bed from this website but when it arrived realised was too small for what I wanted. Contacted customer service straight away and they were very helpful, offered me a quick collection and a full refund. Would highly recommend and will be ordering a bigger sofa bed off them soon! I'll admit we were slightly hesitant at first, but we couldn't be happier! Prices were amazing, easy delivery, bed looks great, high quality and easily put together. Couldn't have asked for more.

Crazy beds would not issue a refund until I gave a good rating. Customer service = blackmail for return for poor quality furniture. Would not recommend them at all!

Brilliant Service from start to finish. Bed was exactly as described, a good price and delivered the next day. The delivery driver was excellent he rang to confirm when he was coming, text me to let me know he was running ahead of time and as the product needed to be signed for and I was out, it enabled me to call a neighbour who signed on my behalf. I would definitely use this company again.

I had a few issues with my order but sleep design sorted it all out in the end. I found a bed that I liked, the website did not state the under bed clearance height so I emailed their customer services and was told that the height was 23cm. I went ahead and ordered the bed, I had a few issues with the Saturday delivery but I was refunded the delivery cost. When I went to assemble the bed the under bed clearance was 7cm short of what they had told me at 15cm. None of my underbed storage would fit. Customer services gave me £50 off for the error in dimensions which was a lovely gesture. However, after only a week of use the side panel had a huge split down the side and the bed was creaky and not fit for purpose. When I contacted them I was offered a new side panel which I tried however I had the same issue again. But customer services offered me any bed of my choice on their website up to the value of £350 which was more than my last bed cost and are delivering it free of charge!

Lovely product - perfect for our baby’s nursery. Speedy delivery, excellent price. The chair is comfortable and looks great.

I have just received and put together my new beautiful Madrid LED bed black & white bed from crazy beds. It is absolutely great value for money with such a stylish look to it. I did have a few minor hick ups with the delivery side of things which was not anything to do with Crazy beds themselves but the deliver company Panther who had cancelled on me twice. One because they had mid placed half the order at another warehouse and the second time the vehicle carrying the delivery had broken down which for a customer was very frustrating. However I managed to contact Crazy beds and had a wonderful manager called Sally who was fantastic at getting the order delivered to me without fail she went above and beyond to reassure and make sure the delivery was delivered. Thanks Sal the bed is absolutely stunning and thanks for all your help, top customer service

Unfortunately the bed that I received had some faults, however the team were extremely helpful and did everything they could to resolve. Happy with the customer service.

I ordered a Richmond double ottoman bed and on the first delivery they sent 3/4 components correctly and the fourth was a headboard for a completely different bed. I put this down to a simple error and one that’s easily made. I got in contact to tell them this and to get the missing component for my bed. I emailed as I work during the week and sometimes it is difficult to ring during the day. It took two days to get the issue sorted via email which I didn’t think was too bad but not too great either. The replacement delivery came and it contained two components both for single beds when my bed is a double and the pictures I sent illustrated clearly my bed was a double. Worse of all one of two components was something they had already delivered previously. Third delivery so hoping third times the charm. Can firmly say if service is anything like I have experienced I definitely wouldn’t recommend them.

Great bed frames - sturdy, good looking design and very simple to assemble. Guests have slept on the memory foam mattress and have been really pleased with how comfortable it is.

I purchased a stunning bed from Sleep Design. I needed to contact them after delivery as unfortunately there was a slight imperfection with the product. From personal experience I can say that they are prompt in responding and very accommodating in reaching a mutually acceptable resolution with their customers.

Ordered a product from their website, unfortunately, the product that arrived was incorrect. They could not have been better in rectifying the mistake, the incorrect item was collected the following day and the new, correct item delivered that evening at no extra cost to myself. Frustrating to receive the wrong product, but mistakes happen and cannot fault their response.

Bought a double Blenheim bed. Great price, also customer service was excellent and friendly. Couldn’t be anymore helpful. Fast turn around from purchase to delivery. Brilliant !
