Bought a really nice bed and bedside table from sleep design, there was a little bit of damage which Sleep Design looked to resolve promptly and efficiently. Its not the problem itself, its how you deal with them and Sleep Design's customer service is second to none. How things should be done!

Excellent customer service. We needed some replacement slats for the bed we bought and they delivered them next day, free of charge!

I bought a double bed that on first appearance looked nice once assembled. However the structure of the bed is just not ‘fit for purpose’. Example if you are a rough sleeper etc the bed just creeks. The main piece that was taking the central weight of the bed was a simple piece of wood. Inevitably that snapped and hence broke 1 of the legs. I bought through PayPal and it states I can claim back through consumer act if done by the 20/11/17. I have contacted the supplier and explained some very personal reason why I had not been in touch sooner; I was in private medical care for the whole of November. As prior customers have stated I sent pictures etc and was finally offered a replacement head board!!! Why I was offered this I have no idea, I at this point was beyond dissatisfied with the customer service. My response to their last email was please only contact me again if a full refund is supplied and the bed removed from my property. I had not had a reply and now I am left with a broken bed cluttering my bedroom and I have obviously had to put up my very old bed as I cannot afford another replacement. Stay away all costs

THE WORST COMPANY - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE KEEP CLEAR. Ordered a sofa set. Arrived faulty. Had THREE separate deliveries to rectify the situation, still didn't get it right. Took several days off work to wait for the deliveries. Eventually I was told that I would get an entire replacement. This arrived faulty too. The legs were the wrong length - how is that even possible??? And the quality is POOR. Rips, buttons missing, uneven ... the list goes on. Called and spoke to the company based in West Midlands. The customer service is shocking and rude. Never had an apology and made to feel by the Customer Service Manager like I was being a pain and it was my fault. Always told someone would respond, no one ever did until I chased them. PLEASE steer clear. This is the first time I've ever done this but felt compelled to, incase other consumers were thinking about going with them. Have been reported to Consumer Ombudsman. I would be willing to publish ALL emails and correspondence to prove my valid statements including an email from Sleep Design themselves taking FULL ownership of the issues, but for Data Protection I am not able to.

Guaranteed delivery on Saturday, took my child's old bed to dump, never turned up, rang company on Monday morning, after more or less been called a liar because courier said it hadn't been sent from warehouse, guaranteed delivery on Wednesday, booked day off work, just rang courier to find a eta, no delivery coming! Rang this company to be told there's no record of Mondays conversation so guaranteed delivery for Friday! I'll just book another day off work & wait & see.. meanwhile my 12 year old boy hasn't got a bed to sleep on!!! Never again!!!

My little girl loves her bed, had a bit of a nightmare day receiving the bed but that was down to the delivery company, The bed arrived and the packaging had been damaged and the bed had been damaged, sleep design rectified the situation straight away 5***** for customer service Thankyou

Great mattress for the price, I was surprised at how comfortable it was and given that I am a larger body type it seems to take my weight with no problem. As for the delivery, the best I ever had. They kept me informed every step of the way and were most helpful on arrival. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this product
