Great service and customer support. I Purchased the Basic Labacus Innovator software and Prolab Laser Self-Laminating Wrap-Around Cable Labels. The labels are great quality and the software is very easy to use.

Using the Legend 2 part laser print labels for panel builds. Great product, easy to use and customer service is fantastic. Really helpful and willing to give ant training required.

We are using the Legend labels, these are the cheaper ones that come on a roll Horizontally and needed a bit of setting up. Miro Wachulski from SilverFox was very helpful and got it sorted for us.

I've used the fox in a box system with current and with my previous employer, I was approached by Silver fox in my previous company and they were great in showing us what it could do for us. When moving to my current company it was one of the first improvements we made. We use it only for cable marking, it saves a huge amount of time and the labels are very durable, (we are in quarrying/aggregates/lime production). Silver fox are currently working with us to see what else the system can offer us.

Silverfox is a good and reliable product which also covers a wide range of labels solutions. I have been using Silverfox for over 15 years in the Datacenter industry and found it has a great format for patch leads, i would be happy to recommend this to anyone looking at labelling product. WE DIDNT KNOW FULLY WHAT WE WANTED BUT SILVER FOX STAFF TALKED US THROUGH THE DO & DONTS ETC HAD GOOD DELIVERY OF FOX IN A BOX GOOD BACK UP AND SET UP, OUR SITE SUPER HAS IT SET UP ON HIS LAPTOP AND IS REALLY HAPPY WITH THE SYSTEM, THE THERMAL LABELS ARE EXPENSIVE BUT YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR , AND ARE BEINGN USED IN NA SEMI MARINE ENVIRONMENT AND ARE HOLDING UP WELL GOOD AFTER SALES BACK UP AS WELL WE WILL BE USING SILVER FOX AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE FOR OUR FUTURE PROJECTS

We have been using the fox in box printer with the Fox flo UV stable tie on cable labels for over 9 years. Not only does this system save time, we have found that the labels have not faded even through they are fitted externally on a tier 1 chemical site, would highly recommend.

Installed the software on a standalone laptop and initially had an issue where we were unable to print. Went to the SilverFox website and contacted support via Web Chat. Support remoted in and changed some printer settings which resolved the issue. All up and running within 30 minutes.

The slide on non heat shrink labels have saved us time from using the tie wrap style as these are quick and easy to slide on. Excellent and prompt printing service Would recommend
