A very easy to use site with excellent features, very pleased with the support we had during the setup of our account which included a walkthrough of features that would be useful for our shipping setup.
After many years involved with ecommerce this software is a real gem. Josh is extremely helpful and knows the system inside out. Great product, great service.
Josh Hodder helped us from our initial enquiry, right through to set up and implementation of the software. For us this process took a lengthy 7 months by no fault of their own due to complications with the way we ship and our web developers changing the site to work as it needed to, however Josh kept in contact with us very regularly to see how things were progressing and if there was anything he could do to help to speed things up for us and our developers. We are now set up ready to use, Josh gathered all of the information and prepared the software ready to use, ensuring it was all working smoothly and provided training on how to use it - as we haven't used it fully as of yet it's difficult to review the product as such but it looks fantastic and we're super excited to begin. Accepted all of the courier options that we required, versatile subscription packages, rules to speed things up and automate processes. Overall a highly recommended product and service. Josh our account manager has been exceptional throughout this set up. From calling to check if we needed more support to offering helpful advice,all done in a really friendly & supportive working manner. I would definitely recommend Shiptheory to another small business requiring such integration but Josh in particular has been so helpful through this new process for our business, Molby the Label.
Currently utilising Shiptheory and its capabilities to manage multiple online stores. It's a great shipping software that gives you a wide range of customisability between different couriers and services. The customer support available through live chat and email is great and often receives an almost immediate response allowing you to move forward with your business.
It's so amazing to have a human at the other end of the phone! And patient, competent and friendly humans to boot! Rita, George and the tech team were very responsive and took the time to walk us through the process of getting set up and were always available to answer question and check in with us. We're still working out to what extent the app is going to help us with our slightly unorthodox shipping process, but I can 100% recommend Ship Theory for their outstanding customer service. Will update about the app itself once we've had a bit more time with it.

Easy to set up, minimal support needed...but when it was needed very quick responses, questions answered, very friendly and helpful. Made sure we received everything we needed right from the start.
Rita & RJ have helped us greatly to set up our bespoke integration with our accounting software via the API. Our questions were answered in a matter of minutes, trial periods extended multiple times whilst our developers worked on the integration - I couldn't have asked for better customer service. The functionality of the software is far superior to Shiptheory's competitors, whilst keeping the price just as competitive.

Great system and easy to use. Shipping rules are simple to set up and has been imperative to the flow of our operation. Great support from the team and Rita in particular was super helpful.
Incredibly flexible automated shipping solution that is saving us hours per day (with our ParcelForce integration). The shipping rules functionality is now essential to our operations. My only qualm is the slightly clunky UX, but I believe this is now being worked on.
