They were helpful with set up and once configured fully automates your shipping process. We have 3 different couriers, collecting daily, each with their own service and item size options . Shiptheory will allow you to automate your goods to be sent via the most economical service possible. Will then inform your customer how it was despatched and the tracking reference. Saves load of time integrating directly different courier.

Excellent service from start to finish. Customer service is first class across the whole team, guided us through the whole set up process and on hand at any time for any further assistance. Cannot recommend enough! Any issues and you can speak to someone straight away who sorts immediately, let alone a great product! Follow up calls and support to check things are running smoothly! First class all round.

I cannot fault this company and the staff that have assisted me with whatever issues I have had, especially Josh who has been brilliant and gone well above and beyond the normal levels of tech support I have become used to. After becoming frustrated by some of the limitations Shipstation has in relation to shipping out on a specific date and their lack or real support for UK companies I found Shiptheory and thought i'd give them a go. Before signing up for the free trial I pinged a question over. That queston was answered within a couple of hours, and at which time I noticed they're an English company so would have a lot more knowledge of dealing with integrations such as Royal Mail. There were a few niggles, which are to be expected as we were not only transitioning from Shipstation but also from another delivery plugin on Woo. The advice, help and tech support to resolve issues were brilliant. I reckon I have now saved myself around 2 hours/day compared to the process I was having to go through each day with Shipstation. Which aslo involved additional steps on Friday to ensure products were delivered on Saturday's. That time I was spending was only going to increase as our orders grow. Thank you Shiptheory. Great work, and it's great to see a British company smashing it in the ecommerce/shipping app world.

Excellent customer service from Josh. Responded quickly to specific questions we had and talked me through how to optimise our set up without any issues. Has been a much better experience than we have had with some competitors, so will be using Shiptheory as a long term shipping automation solution.

We were having some difficulties using a competitor of Shiptheory to fulfill our online orders. We needed a company that was integrated with a specific courier. That’s when Josh from Shiptheory Stepped in, He helped us setup our account, did some amazing things so shiptheory recognised the items by weight and length, This allowed their software to automatically allocate items to a specific courier, along with pre-filling the service required within that couriers network. Ship Theory were helpful from the very beginning. Josh was always on hand to help us, answering every question, connecting printers, tech support etc. Alongside this the tech team are also very helpful if we had any issues with their supports. Would definitely recommend and a big thank you to Josh too!

Shiptheory customer support is just incredible, from support with the initial setup to helping us get our printer setting correct... nothing is too much trouble. And we've been using Shiptheory very happily for the last 4 months or so - great app, even better service.

Having dealt with many 3rd party companies over our many years in business I can honestly say the Quality of Service and the level of Customer Service from ShipTheory is second to none. They have been exceptional to deal with, and the product/service they provide is perfectly designed and developed. It has come as an addition that is vital to the running of the day to day business for our client.

They have recently done some excellent customisation work to improve the integration with Shopify, as well as the integration with DHL (Paperless Trade). Support always quick to respond.

This is the easiest shipping integration we could find. Not only that, but they actually responded to my integration request and now Shiptheory accepts shipments from Katana MRP. The shipping rules are really helpful too, as they allow you to pick the best courier based upon your criteria. For us, that means we can select a cheaper courier who collects at 1pm and then switch to a more expensive courier for afternoon collections. Not only that, but you can choose to auto-print your shipping labels to the label printer of your choice as soon as you mark an order complete, whether is in WooCommerce or Katana.

We recently migrated our website from Wordpress to Shopify. As part of this transition, we also changed from a single courier service to two, to enable a substantial cost saving. This was only possible with the use of a shipping rules app, and we couldn't be happier with ShipTheory. Our main point of contact has been Josh, who helped us through the carrier API integration, the creation of the shipping rules, and helped to trouble-shoot any unforeseen issues that popped up when our site went live. The technical support has been ongoing, and any issues has been sorted out the same day. I highly recommend Shiptheory as a way to save your business both time and money.
