Josh in customer support is an absolute legend. He is very familiar with the system and is ALWAYS on hand to resolve any issues. Ship Theory make the integration with the courier seamless and straight forward.

The implimentation was straightforward and the portal is relatively easy to use but with some odd menu/navigation choices. It is going to cost me around £800 a year just to print Royal Mail shipping labels. This should be a flat fee service. It makes no difference to Shiptheory if I print 1 label or 100,000 labels I completely object to the pricing model of this company.

We recently added Shiptheory to our online order process and Josh Hoddar has been incredibly helpful throughout the transition. The process has made our online order processing far more efficient and accurate. Customer service is very quick, would recommend this service to any small-medium sized business looking to improve their online order process.

The service we received from Josh was above and beyond our expectations. He went the extra mile for us helping the final setup even on his day off on Sunday. He calmly and carefully answered all our questions and setup the shiptheory connections for 3 channels. He acted like an owner of the business which as an employer is a quality you always strive for in your staff.

I cannot fault Shiptheory. Setting up was very easy, especially with the excellent customer service experience I received. Any queries I had were promptly answered and I felt they made onboarding very smooth and easy. We are very happy to continue using Shiptheory for our company.

The title says everything! Satisfied user here, the atmosphere they have is very welcoming, the account manager takes his time just to call you and ask how is it going, which is not a common thing! With the help of their website you can easily do the setup, really detailed guide, for me it was enough to do it alone, unlike some systems where you are stuck in endless phone calls and emails. Just make sure you check the advanced settings as well lol! In these weeks i encountered no problems everything is going smoothly, the system updates quicker than i expected, really can't complain!

Shiptheory have done a lot of work to adapt their software to work for our needs which we have really appreciated. It took some time but we got it to where we want it to be, and Rita in support was always very fast to reply and always friendly. We are getting it up and running in our warehouse now, one station and one carrier at a time, but we can already tell it's going to save our warehouse staff time and effort and make their lives easier!

Shiptheory is working well with our Shopify store & shipping weight add on app. We had initial issues with setting the printer up but Josh was extremely helpful & always on hand to help out

Seamless installation and so efficient. Callum at Shiptheory was absolutely fantastic at helping me install Shiptheory. We were able to tailor our Shiptheory account to suit us and our business with no problems at all. Shiptheory itself has transformed our business and made shipping our products a seamless and time efficient process. I couldn't recommend Shiptheory enough and only wish I'd found it sooner!

Shiptheory are a great company to use for your shipping needs. We have been using them for a few years now and it has helped streamline our post which makes things so much quicker. The setting up of shipping rules is very easy. Their customer service is great and the staff are always very helpful. It makes working with them very easy.

Been using Shiptheory for 5 years. We've linked it with Brightpearl and Magento (v1 and v2). We've used multiple carriers and it's worked really well for us. Shipping rules are easy to setup, and update over time if needed. It works really well to streamline the shipping process. Removing the manual human element, saves time and risk of errors. Support is normally fast, and friendly too!

Shiptheory has drastically cut down on the time it takes for our team to process our international orders, freeing up hours we didn't have before for new initiatives and projects! We hit a few minor speedbumps during the set-up process but Josh has always been quick to respond and help us troubleshoot - he's been a great resource as we've transferred to Shiptheory and gotten things rolling. Now that everything is setup, things are running smoothly and it had made over fulfillment so much easier!
