We have been very happy with Shiptheory thus far. It has allowed us to integrate our negotiated rates with domestic couriers and automate some of the process to improve our efficiency. Josh manages our account and helped us out hugely with regard to the automation. Can't speak highly enough of him and the customer support team also who have been very quick to respond whenever we have had questions.

I cannot recommend this company enough! The support is just amazing. We needed custom labels that would print to schedules and this becomes very complicated very quickly. ShipTheory have supported us and helped us through every issue. A superb business and superb team.

We have been using Shiptheory at DEYA for a few years now, and they have made sending out our webshop orders very easy and stress free. They link our online stores to our courier of choice to print multiple postage labels at just one click of a button. Customer support are very quick to respond to any queries that we may have, either via the phone, email or an online 'chat' service on their website.

Shiptheory has made our packing easier and 100 times more efficient. Everything about this platform is simple. Rita helped us through the onboarding process, shes been very supportive and always went above and beyond to answer everything we needed! Very very happy!

Josh was a pleasure to deal with and had great patience when it came to the set up of Shiptheory. Shiptheory were flexible, open and efficient in arranging our structuring and pricing. The system itself is as you would hope: it works well, unobtrusively and does a job that - if it's done well - you barely notice. We are happy with it, and really appreciate being dealt with as human beings rather than anonymous clients. The only issue we have is the pricing structure in which lower tiers are subsidised, meaning that the unit cost per package actually goes up as you go through several of the tiers, which feels a little harsh on loyal customers who are expanding their business.

Since finalising our service with Shiptheory we could not be happier with what it brings to our group. It provides us with significant and immeasurable time savings that has allowed us to progress other areas of the business. Shiptheory is able to achieve this through it's flexible format and ability to be easily personalised to suit our particular needs. Can't rate it highly enough, especially with the additional admin that export to the EU has brought to the table, now negated by the integration with our systems. A special mention has to go to Josh Hodder. Josh has been the absolute go-to man throughout the enquiry, setup and testing phases of the integration. He has been calm, thorough, polite and friendly throughout every exchange... which is no mean fete with the amount of times I have had to get him to repeat himself! I cannot recommend Josh and his work highly enough and I would particularly like to recommend him for special recognition within the Shiptheory team. He has been exemplary at every turn. During such a challenging year globally and very much so for UK retail, Josh has been patient in the delayed setup of the system that has been enforced by the lockdowns we have experienced and for me, that is a significant sign of the person and the organisation. If you're looking for a 1st class service with amazing technical support to help you every step of the way then look no further! Honestly couldn't recommend them enough. Josh initially took my call and integrated Shiptheory for us, any issues we had our end he got on it straight away and had them sorted within a few minutes. Always super friendly and of course very helpful. Couldn't ask for a better person to be on the case. Brilliant company!
