As airlines find ways to gradually increase pricing for carry-on and checked bags, your once reasonably priced ticket is nearing double the value initially paid. Our goal is to provide golfers with a hassle-free alternative to lugging their clubs to and from the airport – so as to improve the golf travel experience, increase the number of rounds played annually, and grow the game.

On a golf trip from the US to Mallorca, Spain, shipped clubs early to make sure they arrived before the trip. Unfortunately, they didn't make it prior to my arrival... now I am spending hundreds of dollars to rent clubs, buy balls, playing with no golf shoes..... in other words a total disaster. The customer service team there has been less than helpful with the situation. The DHL tracking number shows that they arrived in Mallorca an ENTIRE WEEK before my arrival, but they still didn't arrive at my hotel prior to the trip..... what a mess.

Good value, convenient, sticks arrived on time, no sweat, no drama.
They came when they said they would, delivered them where I asked them to be delivered, in one piece, picked them back up the day they were supposed to, and dropped them back off safely earlier than anticipated. I was very pleased with this being my first time using ship sticks and will be using them in the future. My shipment was also from Mass to California and back which seems like top difficulty and they delivered (literally 🤣)
My clubs arrived as promised on time. The whole process was very seamless. I am very happy with Ship Sticks and will use them again in the future.

I have used the service on several occasions, all positive. My only concern is that my clubs were delivered before I arrived at my rental house. Fortunately, the landlord was able to accommodate them prior to my arrival. Better early than late!
Clubs arrived 1 day earlier than expected which was great but my clubs were in a box and the bottom of the box had two huge holes as if it was dropped.

Stop sending messages out telling people their bags have been delivered but their bags in another state.
