clubs reached my destination days in advance of the scheduled date. drop off was easy. I have used Ship Sticks multiple times and have never been disappointed.
Clubs came a day early which was fine. All intact and drop off was easy at Postal Center USA.
Dropped off my clubs on Thursday for delivery the following Wednesday. I don’t arrive at the delivery location until tomorrow (Wednesday). Notified on Sunday morning that my clubs were being delivered to me on Sunday. I struggled to have someone collect my clubs from in front of my apartment. This was anything but stress free. I won’t know whether the clubs arrived in one piece or not until tomorrow.
Dropped clubs off on a Thursday in Hollywood, FL at FEDEX store. Arrived at my home 3 days later on Sunday in the Boston area. No damage!

I shipped one set of clubs (soft bag), two pieces of luggage and one box to a condo rental unit in Florida using a FedEx drop off location. All items arrived in good condition. I was very pleased with the entire process. I plan to use Ship Sticks again in the future.

People on the phone were very helpful with my order to ship three sets of clubs to Florida. The first two golf bags arrived just fine. The third bag was delivered the next day. No problem on the timing but unfortunately, that driver left them by the elevator rather than delivering them to the address in the fourth floor (as they have done for the first two bags and the last two years when we’ve used Ship Sticks. It was terribly inconvenient for the person present that afternoon as she was physically unable to carry them up to the condo address.
Ship Sticks box was picked up on time and returned to my house on time. Once I arrived at my location I had to change my pick up and return location at the end of the trip. Customer service was great and very easy to work with to make this change. My only complaints was that the box was ripped both going and coming home. I had to get a new box before I sent my clubs home. This made it a little stressful having to find a box. I think in the future I would use a golf case otherwise the service is easy to use.
Ship Sticks got my clubs to me safely and in a timely manner from one end of the country to the other! They charge a fraction of the price that traditional shipping companies want people to pay. Thanks guys!
Sent my clubs from Cleveland OH to Fort Myers FLA & back. On the return journey Shipsticks left my clubs in the middle of the driveway in the SNOW. Never again!
Only thing that was confusing; when checking in on line, I input 2 bags as I was shipping 2 bags… didn’t realize I needed to select heavier freight category until too late and that I needed to check them in separately as one was hard and one was soft
