Seven Seas was easy to book with, has really friendly customer service who answered my questions and modified my booking for me several times. The online system for document submission and tracking works well, and customer service gave helpful guidance on how the system works and the customs documents we need to submit. The drivers were really friendly and helpful. A couple of my contacts have also used Seven Seas and also been really satisfied. I don’t think there’s a better service for shipping small loads internationally.

Seven Seas provided excellent service from start to finish, in picking up our household items in Ontario for shipment to the UK. The quotation and invoice were clear with no hidden costs. Customer services were always very helpful. Their communication was clear, professional and timely throughout the shipping process. The shipping progress status was available online. The UK Seven Seas driver arrived on time. He was uniformed, very professional, courteous and very helpful during the unloading process. The unloading went very well, with both Cubes unloaded in an hour.

They made it really easy and straight forward to book moving with them. The boxes arrived very quickly and they were able to accommodate our delivery date and time even though it was so close to the holidays. The staff working for them couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful during the entire process. This is the second time I’ve used Seven Seas and if we move again I will definitely use them again.
There is very little information - I don’t know if my property is actually on a boat yet, after my boxes were picked up on 24 December, so it’s a month after it being picked up. The last message said it was picked to be put in a container. There is no estimated arrival date given. The driver said he wouldn’t help get the boxes down stairs and I should have advised that - but I don’t remember that being a question when I originally filled out the form. The pages to fill out content were not very user friendly either.
