Good service
So far we've had a very good experience with the Seven Seas Move Cube option. We had everything delivered weeks ago to prep for our packing (highly recommend requesting far more boxes than you originally expect!!). We had some very Helpful tips and advice from James from the LA team to prep and on loading day. We practiced and prepped everything on the plastic footprint which made our loading experience very easy. We also had some great support over the phone when we got stuck, but the process of lodging everything was pretty easy online. We'll see how everything lands for us on the other side of the world but thank you team!

They drop empty boxes and pickup later on a timely basis. The boxes quality are all strong and easy to assemble. The most impressive thing is their customer service team who replied my email promptly and clarified all my queries. I appreciate their quick response as this is my 1st time using shipping service via sea Lastly, the driver is friendly too

I've used them four times now. Every single time there have been issues and it's usually because they have employed untrained Customer Support staff. Fortunately their complaints handler, Eddie, is experienced and reliable and he is probably the only reason I keep using them. This time around it was a very simple shipment but there were documentation issues picked up and I couldn't access the documents myself because they had been closed off after submission. So essentially their documentation checking team were requesting things of me that their submission process prevented me from changing. So I called and their customer service rep changed the correct date on one document to the wrong date to match the other document despite me identifying very specifically over the phone which document needed changing. So another call to a different and more experienced customer service rep advised that I needed to send an email and it would be forwarded to the document processing team so the dates could be corrected manually in the documentation by them...which they could have done in the first place with my approval... Still, this time there was no need to involve Eddie so that was something.
Excellent service from Auckland, NZ to Adelaide, AUS. It's not the cheapest option and did take over 2 months to arrive, but it was very painless and the communication and support was excellent!
Good communication, an hour time window was given which was hugely helpful. Good quality packing boxes, bubble wrap, packing tape and even a marker pen all provided

It took almost 4 months to deliver the boxes from Germany to Canada. Moreover they took no care with the boxes handling, multiple boxes were transported upside down or sideways, and most of them were damaged upon arrival. Resulting in many items being broken. I would never use their service again, they just transported it all without any care!
It was my first time using their service and I was so impressed with their excellent service. Would definitely recommend to others. Their communication is excellent.

Their customer service vie email & phone were prompt to respond & seamless to deal with, & instructions/tracking visiblity provided via their website were straightforward & easy to follow. Excellent service, they came and delivered boxes. They've collected it, very friendly. I just had a minor issue with clearance documents and getting someone on the phone to help me. Waited twice for over 1 hour to speak to a consulted. Otherwise so far everything was ok.
Poor service. Job pack and website information does not match. Poor service and communication. No perishable food items such as dog food not allowed but nor mentioned ANYWHERE!
Staff were available on the phone to assist with any questions relating to the information required in filling in the form. Directions were appreciated for attaching the information on the outside of the boxes . The gentlemen who delivered empty boxes and collected the three boxes for shipping were most helpful
