Easy to book, the pickup was on time, fast and effective
The service was very professional. I was contacted before things happened to make sure I was fully informed about what was happening. Contact was through email, text message and phone. Anytime I emailed them, they replied very quickly. Their online system was very easy to use and to edit if needed.
Their staff is helpful, I did call several times to make clear about the logistic and procedures and they are very helpful to help.
I’m happy to Received my boxes in good condition. Will get their services again and will recommend to friends in the futurs. Thanks Seven seas.
Great customer service, proper procedures , on time delivery
Shipping our belongings was very easy. The online quote/booking system is straightforward, with clear pricing and concise instructions. The boxes provided are of great quality and were a perfect size for our needs; plus, the packing tape and marker were a nice added convenience. Pick-up day was easy to book with friendly and professional staff. Customer service on the phone was accomodating to some last minute changes and helped thoroughly so that everything was clear. We're mow waiting for delivery at our destination, which I'm sure will go smoothly, considering how it's been up to this point.

The pickup service and delivery to destination was good and on time. They also handled misdamaged box sent to me promptly and sent replacement. The only improvement is that to increase back the size of the box so we can use most space to hold 30kg. The large box size was decreased since past years.
From the first phone call I was very impressed with the customer service from Seven Seas. My packing boxes were dropped off with the starter pack which gave me ample time to pack up my belongings. The day I loaded the small move cube went so smoothly. I was kept updated all the time on the progress of the ship. My movecube was delivered yesterday in Sydney. Curtis the driver was very friendly and helpful. I will always recommend Seven Seas to anyone who is moving abroad.
I think the website design of Seven Seas Worldwide is very convenient and user-friendly, so I was able to complete all the procedures easily. Additionally, the driver notified me an hour before pickup, which was very thoughtful, and the collection time was extremely fast, so it didn’t delay my schedule for school at all. I was very impressed with the service i received from seven seas. Immigrating was extremely stressful and knowing that my personal belongings where soon to follow was some sort of a relief. The phone operator's where extremely friendly and patient with me. They where on the phone guiding me step by step. Which was very reassuring. I received constant feedback on documents required and progress on my shipment. The drivers where friendly and professional,handled our boxes gently and with care. I would highly recommend seven seas as process was seemless and friendly use. Was easy to make payment and upload documents.
