Delivery was fast, and the box is nice. The cake though, very small and dry. Dry as a desert.

The butterflies did not fly out of the box. Pretty much just flopped around after falling out of the box. Advertised box looked a lot larger than the real thing.

My box arrived damaged. Poorly packed. Shipping was extremely bad, even after purchasing upgraded shipping. For the price I thought it would be better. I have ordered other items before with a better experience.
Very easy order process. Custom pictures came out great. Delivery was on time. The only negative is that the butterflies didn't fly out like the videos on your website when the box was opened.

Even after paying for express shipping, the package still didn’t arrive on Valentine's Day. The policy is awful—there’s basically no way to get any resolution for a failed delivery. Think twice

I ordered two ,one for my wife and one for my daughter. They both received them on the same day,my wife's had a malfunction. I contacted customer service and they replaced it quickly. Great customer service.
