Ordered an expensive bottle of wine as a xmas gift from Secret Bottle shops because it was in a gift box . The bottle turned up in just bubble wrap very disappointing when you have ordered as a gift I’d read your reply, but you’ve missed the point the box wasn’t sent just a bottle.

Very quick delivery, just 1 box a bit squashed where it was pushed into an airbag for protection. Otherwise very good.
The whiskey is excellent, but the delivery by DPD was appalling as ever; they made no attempt at home delivery and just dropped it off at the pick-up shop which was a 20 minute walk away.
