I contacted The Secret Bottle Shop to confirm where my delivery was, they contacted the courier company within minutes and was told the goods had been damaged in transit. They then immediately despatched a replacement which was delivered at 07.58 the next morning. I though this was really good as I didn't contact them until 15.20. Yes I had to contact them as the goods had not arrived but the remedial action was superb and the goods still arrived in time for Christmas.
