Poor company, made an order and it was sent incomplete due to out of stock items( although showing as in stock). Over a week later and and going in to a second week,they are still not committing to a date for delivery, completely messed up our working week and have had to order some from elsewhere. Not good enough
I ordered a couple of parts for my multi tool on Thursday 20th May at 2’45 in the afternoon, the company delivery advised up to 3 days, so to my surprise at 7’45 the next morning the parts were delivered. I live locally to this firm and find not only their prices below a number of larger competitors, their delivery is brilliant even for small orders that are usually delivered with an hour or two or by the end of the day.

I phoned up around mid-day and whoever it was I spoke to was very helpful in helping me choose the correct product and advising of lead times. I then phoned up at around 15.30 asking if it was possible to get delivery by Monday and she advised me if I placed it there and then it would get to me in time…I placed the order and 8 mins after the confirmation email came through, another email came through confirming it was dispatched. They upgraded me to Saturday delivery free of charge. Would absolutely recommend and use again.
