They do not deliver
I have to admit I didn't read the other reviews and I am so glad I didn't, this is an excellent company to deal with, fast email communication and good advice, I was enquiring about 1 product but Matt the Sales Manager recommended something else that was also cheaper and more suitable for my problem, was delivered next day as promised. If only other companies were as helpful and efficient. Will definitely use again Thanks Sealantsandtoolsdirect and Matt
An absolutely awful company. I am far from satisfied with my treatment and customer service. I had be told on more than one occasion that I would receive my refund on 17/01/2020. It never happened. The weather has been to blame for a late return, the wages department have been blamed. I was told you are open Saturdays even though your website says your not, hence no reply today (unless I’m being ignored) The cancellation options say follow the link on your website, which I couldn’t access or find so couldn’t cancel in time. Nobody answered the phone when I rang to try and cancel. You took the money from my account quick enough but it’s been a week now since I’ve cancelled this order. It is appalling customer service. Nothing but lies and bad manners. Never use this company.
I've ordered sealants from Sealants & Tools Direct on a few occasions without problem, but one (relatively low cost) item was missing from latest order. Mistakes happen, so I expected this to be resolved quickly...however, despite multiple attempts to contact customer service i couldn't get any response. I've written off cost, but will use different provider in the future.
Delivery - Not Guaranteed Delivery Class: 24/48hr Delivery Normally Next Working Day if Ordered Before 3pm Not Guaranteed If you need something make sure you pay for next day delivery as the other delivery options are not guaranteed. Apparently 80% of their deliveries go on a next day but not all... do not get caught out with their confusing comment of "24/48hr Delivery Normally Next Working Day if Ordered Before 3pm Not Guaranteed" The key words are - NOT GUARANTEED
I bought a paint stripper from this company and after trying it several times, realised it was absolutely useless. Contacted sealantsandtoolsdirect to try get a refund but there was no reply. I then sent another email and still no reply. So be warned if you're not happy with the product or it is faulty this company will not make it easy in resolving your problem.
