Couldn’t fault the service from the Sterling branch. Daisy the assistant was very helpful to the both of us, and as 1size was not available in store, she arranged for next day delivery to our home address. Wouldn’t hesitate using the store again

Nach den Bewertungen habe ich echt Stress bekommen, dass ich mit meinem Kauf eine falsche Entscheidung getroffen habe. Aber ich wurde seeeehr positiv überrascht! Super schnelle Reaktion in bestem Deutsch und schnelle Lieferung in 5 Werktagen. Und so schöne Schuhe. Danke

Rhiannon in West Quay Southampton branch was so helpful and efficient. She offered us the opportunity to save the shoes while we did some other shopping/looked at other shoe shops, so we didn’t feeling rushed into buying the first shoes tried on. Thank you Rhiannon, we’ll be back !

Called to exchange a pair of Hoff trainers which were a a gift from my son for a bigger size , Chloe and Ryan et the Trafford Centre where very polite and helpful made the experience enjoyable I have been in business 50 years and wouldn’t hesitate in employing these two young meeting them was a pleasure

Hir wurde schon viel gesagt auch ich bin glaube darauf reingefallen da immer noch keine Schuhe erhalten habe. Leider heisst es auch bei mir das dieses Mail kicht mehr zugestellt werden kann nach 1 maliggen nachfragen was los sei hiss es seien am streichen es habe Verzögerung ect jetzt wollte Fragen wo sie sind und es hieß diese Mail Adresse gibt es nicht mehr keine Verfolgungs Nr ect habe ihnen jetzt ein ultimat geschickt wen bis dan nichts höre werde ich eine Anzeige machen. Passt auf troz das ihr mit Twint Zahlen Tut kann Betrug sein.

Difficult returns process. Not easy to access return label. Then Evri lost parcel and Schuh wanted to investigate. I informed them the contract was between them and courier and demanded a refund. Several back and forward emails and a PayPal case before I was refunded. Communication was decent but the whole process needs improving.

I bought ugg boots from Schuh 3 months ago. Within 3 months, the boots got punctured and when I sent them back, they said it was a customer error. I don't understand how a pair of boots can get punctured in 3 months. Normally, I have been wearing even unbranded products for 4 years. Their customer service is very poor. I will not buy a product from there again. They do not stand behind the products they sell. It is a very bad company. I will not be able to buy products from ugg again. I could not even survive a winter with the product I bought because it was of high quality. Shame on you.

Placed an order for my partners birthday, paid for next day delivery but this wasn’t noted and I was refunded. However had to wake around a week for the items to arrive. Long story short for personal reasons I no longer required the item so I request a return through their website. I checked tracking about 10 days after as I had no email from them about it, seems it hasn’t moved far through the evri network. Contacted schuh and they advised they would raise an investigation through the courier and call me back the next day.. Great it’s going somewhere I thought. No call received, so I called them yesterday and was told that they forgot to call me but have had no update from the courier. Asked to speak to a manager as we now over 2 weeks since I sent the items back. Was told that they couldn’t do this as they have to wait to get a response from the courier. I informed them they are in breach of The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 according to trading standards. I was then put through to someone called Lauren Mighton, head of customer experience.. how ironic. She stuck to the script and informed me they can’t do anything as they don’t have an update from Evri. However she then said my details aren’t attached to the return request and proceeded to tell me that this is my fault not considering their website might be at fault as you cannot raise a return request without entering your order number and email address?! She asked where I returned the item and how, again details they should know from thier systems. She then said they will not refund me till the items arrive back with them?! Again in breach of the above legislation. Stating she doesn’t care about the legislation and the contract is between myself and Evri, it is actually not according to trading standards. But again she wasn’t bothered about this and told me to take it to a 3rd party if I wasn’t happy. This company is very quick to take your money but doesn’t want to give it back even when they even acknowledge they are in breach on consumer rights laws. Do not shop with this company if you think you may have to return something or want good customer service.

I ordered 3 pairs of Ugg boots from Schuh, one of them was damaged so they refunded me and asked me to return them. I did find this odd as usually companies will not refund you until they receive the item back. Anyway, I decided to return all 3 pairs of boots and packed them very thoroughly in a large mailing bag. On Monday I received an email to say one pair of boots have been returned and refund has been processed. Immediately contacted Schuh and provided them with the tracking information and they said they would need to investigate with yodel. I have today received an email to say they have been provided of an image of my return from Yodel and it’s evident there’s only 1 shoe box inside?! This is outrageous as there is no way there was only 1 box in the package as I packaged 3 boxes myself and taped the whole mailing bag from every angle to ensure even if the package was damaged in transit none could fall out. I’m honestly so stressed about this situation as it’s a lot of money for me and they are telling me I still need to return the damaged pair which I have already returned?! I have requested they share the image with me so I can see for myself as this doesn’t make any sense. I’ve never had such an awful experience with a company before I feel like crying.

Ich empfehle nicht die Firma Ich habe 4.2. Eine Schuhe bestellt und bis heute habe ich nicht bekommen. Ich habe eine Email an den gesendet. End die antworte war "Lieber Kunde, Die Mitarbeiter unseres Speditionspartners streikten, weil sie höhere Löhne befürworten. Dadurch stiegen die Bestellungen nicht nur bei uns, sondern auch bei mehreren Unternehmen. Die Sendung hat unser Lager bereits verlassen und wird auf jeden Fall ankommen – leider wird es nur zu einer kleinen Verzögerung kommen. Ich bitte um Verständnis, leider haben wir kaum Einfluss auf die Lieferung und die Situation ist auch für uns nicht angenehm. Beste grüße, Schuhheld-Support-Team." Trotzdem keine Entschuldigung. Heute habe ich probiere noch eine Email sende aber geht's leider nicht. Gibt nich Sender error. Scheise Firma. Ich will meine Geld zurück

I spent £250 in the Southampton Shuh and was annoyed to experience the staff members failing to lace up the boot and just passing it to me to lace myself !!!! The boots were £170 . I had already purchased a pair of trainers at £100.

Shambles! Every time they use ups something always goes wrong. I wasn’t home so was taken to a corner shop 10mins away. Asked Schuh to redeliver as I can’t get to the shop they said yes, following day was told it’s being delivered to my house. Check the tracking it’s been delivered back to the corner shop :) Used schuh for years but I can’t keep having these terrible experiences with their chosen delivery partner. Will go elsewhere from now on. Now need to get my money back on the mis delivered order.

Sneakers gekocht bij Schuhen bv, voordat ik de schoenen had besteld heb ik geïnformeerd of deze schoenen authentiek waren, er werd meteen gereageerd dat zij geen 1:1 schoenen verkopen en dat de schoenen dus echt waren. Eenmaal de schoenen ontvangen, waren deze hartstikke nep. Direct contact opgenomen met het bedrijf maar kreeg nergens reactie op. Gelukkig had ik voor Klarna gekozen. Met Klarna contact opgenomen over mijn openstaande rekening van €200,-. Gelukkig heeft Klarna besloten dat de rekening komt te vervallen. Ik heb weer meerdere malen contact proberen op te nemen, met de vraag wat ik nu moet doen met mijn schoenen, kan ik ze terug sturen? Maar ook hier krijg ik geen reactie op. Bestel niet op deze website!!!

I returned shoes I had bought in last Sept , The policy of having up to a year for returns is amazing . I went to the Brent Cross shop ( branch 146) and was served by Jordan (049) , he was new and he was aided by Rozh . They could not have been more helpful as I was not a straightforward customer . Amazing customer service , very pleasant staff , nothing too much trouble !
