Two orders in 1 week were "lost" by evri. Schuh told me I had to wait for evri to confirm they're lost them or for the shoes to be returned before I could request a refund or replacement. The replacement is currently in the same 'lost' situation! I've been on and off the live chat with schuh getting nowhere. It's been an awful experience
Absoluter Drecksladen, Adidas Schuhe bestellt, irgend einen schwarzen No-name Dreck bekommen. Absoluter Betrug, gebe Daten gerade an meinen Anwalt weiter, weiter gehe ich an die Presse und behalte mir eine Reise nach Tuttlingen vor. Leider mit dem falschen angelegt
Order placed and paid for the next day delivery as the next day was a weekend and I would be at home ,schuh then cancelled the next day delivery and refunded the delivery fee and informed me of delivery a few days later . They will not leave the parcel if you are out as they need a signature and will not try a neighbour unless you provide the neighbours name and telephone number and here I am still without the parcel as after requesting it be left with the person selected they haven’t delivered and now I have to wait for the parcel to get returned to schuh until I get a refund . Moral of the story pay the same price on Amazon and get your item the next day
I had excellent service from firstly live chat(Beth) who helped me obtain my receipt, then the staff instore at Leeds white rose branch. This was to return a pair of faulty nike air max which they exchanged. Very satisfied with the way this was dealt with thank u Schuh.
I saw some shoes online but I wanted to try them on first. I went to the Nottingham branch.bThe right size was available and the staff were friendly. They reserved them for me whilst I did the rest of my shopping. I'm happy with the shoes and I would shop at Schuh again. Thanks
Very similar to other reviews, bought an expensive pair of shoes. They have a 2 year guarantee. Started falling apart after less than one year. Emailed in proof of purchase and multiple photos but told I have to take them to a store to be assessed or post them (at our own cost). We have no store near us at all so it’s very annoying. It is clear from the photos what the issue is.

Terrible customer service been charged £5.50 for returning item that I didn’t want as the quality was bad! Never use this company!!! I have already contacted them!!
Started out bad but now resolved,so upped the review form the 1 to a 4 Would have been 5 but for the start, replaced no arguments. So happy Would have given 1 1/2 but no 1/2/ options Bought my daughter £125 pair of Lacoste Trainers Online at Xmas. Starting to come apart. Did the online chat proof of purchase & photographs not acceptable, have to go to a store. No consideration if there is not a conveinient store, or any other issues with getting to a physical store

Feel like i spend my life leaving bad reviews sadly… determined to remember to leave good ones where deserved! Schuh in Peterborough were fantastic yesterday. Really went out of their way to ensure my little boy got sandals that fitted him… insisted they could order the size up (in the style I liked and, because they were reduced, that I could afford) that they said he could do with, delivered to my home, at no extra charge. Sandals arrived today just as they’d said. So lovely to deal with in store too. Just wish more companies got how valuable (and good for business) being this great to deal with is!
I had a bad experience with this company previously in 2021. But gave them another chance. Brought some Uggs in April, so 2 months old. Been worn a handful of times £130.00. Patches on the Uggs where the suede is already wearing away !!!! Have emailed them as clearly sub standard product, let's see what they come back with. Wish I had stayed away from this company. If I get no joy, I will contact Uggs directly and also will contact trading standards as goods now not fit for purpose.
Bought sandals online. When received the soles looked like they had been worn. I contacted Schuh, who said I could return and have a refund or replacement, or keep for 10% off. I needed them for holiday the next day so said I was unhappy with paying so much for second hand shoes but would have to keep them. Wore them for about 5 minutes on holiday when I found they had hard bits of glue or thread on the bottom of the straps, and were scratching my feet! The sandals are unwearable. Very annoyed at paying nearly £30 for nothing!

Item never received. They use FedEx who said they posted my Doc Martens through my letterbox. In what world do Doc Martens fit through a letterbox? I also don't have a letterbox. Schuh is very slow to respond. I want a refund now because I don't trust their courier service. But they don't seem to be very forthcoming about helping me or believing me.
I did an order online and I never received my item because the courier (Evri) lost it so I asked for a refund. Bad customer service. They asked me to wait the return to get the refund (?!). They processed my refund after 2 months and they also deducted me £2.50 from my refund total as a returns charge! It is incredible! A worst shopping experience I have ever had!
Avoid these incompetent online retailers at all costs - I'd ordered some shoes online - the order form auto filled an incorrect address. I contacted them within 6 minutes, via facebook messenger as advised, with the correct delivery address. They they sent an email 15hrs later saying that the order was now being processed. When they finally came back some 17+ hours later, they said the order had been dispatched and they couldn't change it (or seemingly get in touch with their courier, FedEx, to change it. I now don't have the item, as its been delivered to the wrong address, and am out of pocket by £80. Incompetent is an understatement. I'd also refer to Eliza's comments below from 16h of May if you are in any doubt.
Bought some Adidas trainers for £65. Experience was ok but I was shocked to find these shoes on the Adidas website for only £55 - this was full price, not on offer. I wrote to Customer Service to see if this was normal practice, to mark up in the manufacturer’s full price. All I got back was “we don’t price match”. Poor practice, poor customer service.
This now the second time I’ve been contacted by the company to advise they can’t fulfil an order - they have made sure they have refunded the money but obviously has problems with their systems.
