I was specifically looking for Death Wish Vodka and this company provided absolutely amazing service from customer service to ordering to delivery. I would highly recommend them.

There was a mix-up on the address of my order. Keely in customer service was very pleasant and helpful.

The wine selection and price was very good. Unfortunately, I had called before I placed the order and explained that I was going out of town and needed to know how long shipping would take because I did not want the wine to sit in the heat. I was told that shipping was two days, so I placed the order. Unfortunately, what I was not told was that the wine order would have to "assembled" from warehouse stock. This took over a week. During this time I called twice to see the status of the order and the person on the phone simply said that the order was being processed and that no further information was available. Finally, I was notified that the order was ready to be shipped, but I had to delay the shipment because I was out of town. When I returned the shipment came quickly and the order was fully filled. However, I wanted to bring some of the wine on my trip but could not because it did not arrive before I left. Overall, the delay is not a big deal and the wine came as ordered. What was more frustrating is that I had to call three times to get the issue resolved and there was very little help from the company.

Great, easy to use website, with a great selection of wines. Usually can find that interesting wine I am searching for at this wine store. Got fast delivery, of exactly what I ordered, with no delivery fee. What could be better?

Ordering wine through Saratoga Wine Exchange is very easy. Delivery is quick.

Wine was $15 but shipping made it cost almost $20 a bottle. Too high for me!

The sales person at Saratoga Wines was very helpful. Fedex's service was bad. The first time the driver wrote on the Fedex site that there was no-one available to receive the package. That was an outright lie, as we were there waiting for it all day, and no-one came! On the tracking site, each day the message read that the package would be delivered that day. I spoke to reps at Fedex on several successive days; they assured me the package would be delivered the next day. This went on for seven days. The package arrived 8 days after it was shipped!

Shipping was pricey, but completely worth it. Received my bottle fast and as described.

Easy to order. Others are faster at fulfillment but this is within tolerance. Products are good and explanations professionally done.

I found a rare bourbon, actually two, ordered it and had it at my house three days later. What more could one expect?

Great selection, quick service

This was not an easy wine to find. It was less expensive and the delivery time was significantly less than other sites. I had not problems. It was great.

First time I have used this company. But I was very impressed with how quick they responded. They even shipped the unquie grappa containers which I never would have expected them to take the time/trouble to do. Great service.
