If has been 2 months and I still haven't received my entire package. I received 1 of 2 items and the second item has been sitting at one location for a month now according to tracking information. I contacted support and received little to no help at all.

Horrible company, horrible customer service. I ourchased an item and it never came. They stated that the item was on backorder even though I was told it was in shock. Three weeks went by and nothing. So I emailed and they stated that it was mailed off. I checked the mail every day and the tracking # stated it was delievered. I have community mailboxes so can't anyone steal your items. Now the company wants to blame responsibility on USPS. USPS stated they are not held responsible.

They say they are affiliated with Amazon. I have never had issues like this with Amazon! Worst experience ever with this company. I had two separate orders one on May 4t, 2020 and the other on May 7, 2020. The first order had 3 items. I received two of them and to this date have not received the other. Both the items we have such poor quality that I would not wear either in public. The first was made of a silky fabric with a print stamped on it. The second order I ordered two items and only received one as of this date. The item I did receive was a jumpsuit that again was silky material with the pattern stamped on it. The jumpsuit was made with the back higher than the front so it did not cover my chest. If I turned it around it covered my chest but the butt stuck out So obviously that was the back. I asked the company for a refund on my purchase and was first told they do not do returns or refunds even on the item that was clearly made wrong and the two items I did not receive. Do not purchase anything from this company. The quality is very poor and tacky. Even though their items are cheap you are getting what you pay for. I wouldn’t even donate these items! Now they say I can return the items I have received at my cost plus $5 processing fee for each item! What a rip off! I will never get my money from this terrible company!

I placed a order on May 20th and still haven't received my order. I reached out to the company several times and haven't received a response. They are horrible at communicating and shipping items out. The USPS tracking number they gave me says unavailable. I would not be ordering from this site anymore.

I ordered my item on May 1, 2020 I’m still waiting on it. I order something on Shein on May 25, 2020 and I have already received it. I have sent emails to saledress in regards to my item with no response. The worst never again!!!

I ordered over 5 weeks ago and still never received my order. The tracking still states that the package is a a postal facility for over 3 weeks. Never will order from here again.

I like the quality of the clothing, sizes vary but appear to be true to size & some of the items were delivered in reasonable time.

I love my top. It fits perfectly
