Items did not fit. Trying to return them, they're saying this system is down. I've been waiting probably two months. So they have my money, unable to issue my a refund label. My only other option, it's to pay for return shipping back to them. They did offer me the second option. Not to return it and they'll refund me half the price. Why should I pay for half the price? When i'm unable to use the dresses. I asked them if they just let me have the dresses if it's such an issue. Henry, fun me minus label cost to return the item, which is $6.99 still waiting on a reply for that. My recommendation do not use this company.

Very disappointed I order a dress the color was not the correct color as described. I’ve email multiple times and no help to get my refund back. Never again will I purchase from this site.

I purchased 2 Jumpsuits with a Cartigan. The Jumpsuits were too short and the Cartigan was too long. I contacted Customer Care to return them and get a refund. I was told I needed to pay $9.99 for the return shipping label. But, that department was going through an update, so if I wanted to get the return label from them; I'd have to wait for it. They gave me the option to return it on my own using whatever carrier I wanted. The refund is in the form of a salesdress gift card not to your credit card. This is Bad Business. I Don't recommend Salesdress. Once they have your money you can't get it back. If you're satisfied customer all is Good, but if Not you're out of luck.

The dress is beautiful, but very short. I paired it with some leather shorts and it was a hit! I enjoyed wearing it for my 45th birthday pictures.

Ordered a huge bundle as a reseller and the package didn’t even leave China yet FEDEX is using international priority shipping and already it returned back to sender ??? I wrote customer service so hopefully they do something because my address is in the US not China and it is correct!

Horrible company! The customer support number doesn’t work! I received my order late & extremely damaged. It was just thrown in the mail with no box in a thin bag. Now I’m having trouble with them sending a return label and refund!

I received the dress and it fits perfect however the material is very itchy so I will have to wear a tshirt underneath just to take my pictures in it and not scratch my sikin off I think it needs to have some lining placed inside
