Still haven’t received all items from my order and I selected 3-8 day shipping

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Its disappointing when they send you something that you didn't order and even more when they give you the run around about returning it. I have emailed several times trying to get some information on how to send it back and to no avail. I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.

I have ordered several items from saledress. The clothes are of a decent quality for the price. I have been mostly satisfied. I had an issue with my order and I was most appreciative that they were willing to make it right. I would order from them again, but I do read other reviews about sizing before ordering.

I love shopping at saledress the price of the clothes are awesome and I love the quality and the rewards after I make a purchase. I have spent a lot with saledress lol.

I placed 2 orders and both have been something wrong. 1st order had holes, then 2nd was wrong size. Yes it's real site and real clothes but my personal experience has been not so good

The outfits that i bought were suppose to be an adult size 2x, but obviously it was a child's size. I email customer service and they said all sales were final and didnt even offer a coupon for the inconvenience. I WILL NOT, be shopping from them again, and I WILL NOT refer them to ANYONE!!!

The outfit looks nothing like the picture. It looks like a pajama set. Absolutely no stretch in pants. Couldn't get them over my thighs and the shirt is NOT oversized AT ALL. I threw it in the trash. What a waste of money!

I gave this company a 1 because the delivery was prompt. However, I guess anyone who gave them anything but a one must have gotten lucky if they receive the right items. I ordered 3 items and none of them were right size, color or the description of picture on their website. I will never order from them again. I would send it back, but they make it almost impossible to return items. One item didn't even have a tag which is one of the things they require when returning. They need to fire their quality control people, because they are not doing a good job. I will be letting others know about this company and discourage them not to buy.

Terrible customer service. You cannot call them to ask how to exchange an item

I ordered a size up because I wasn't sure how it would fit but even ordering up one size, still fit great.

I always order from them and receive my packages in a pretty decent time. I love the clothes as well and the prices are remarkable!

The clothes are nice. They also have good sales and customer service. Just alot of polyester. Clothing sizes vary, even after measuring myself.

This dress is really cute. Empire waists do my body justice so I'm happy to find such a nice outfit.
