Quick and efficient service
Delivery was prompt but their customer service is NOT great. I made a presales request for information on some sizes not stated on their site and someone said they would respond but they never did. I couldnt wait any longer so I ordered the shackles in the hope they would be the correct size for our particular requirement, which luckly they are.

Ordered item over the weekend. Slight query from Safety Lifting Gear to clarify a minor issue which was emailed to me at the start of the business day, Monday. I phoned the company, got straight through to the person concerned who was well aware of the issue. Polite, friendly and professional. Item arrived within two days. Really good quality and value. Very pleased, would definitely use again.

We purchased a £2k hoist and duly filled in your online delivery information. upon clicking purchase though PayPal we were told that we had just wasted our time because the item would now be sent to my home address!! it weighs 65kg!! I called your Bristol depot to ask them to change the delivery address only to be told that "I cant do that mate" didn't get the persons name but he was no help whatsoever. I ended up cancelling the order and if it wasn't for Dan in Cardiff who contacted me the following day I would have bought it elsewhere. thanks Dan for being so efficient. the other bloke in Bristol needs sacking.
