I paid for next day delivery on a Thursday before the cut off. Not delivered Friday. Was promised it would be delivered Monday. Finally got it Tuesday. I have asked for a refund on the delivery twice and not received yet This has now been sorted so I have added an extra star

The product (karibinas) are excellent quality and value for money. I dropped a 🌟 only because the delivery was two hours later than the end of the window promised. I know that that is down to FedEx but they haven't asked for feedback.
We have used this company many times before for their prompt service and excellent prices. We had a slight problem with our last delivery, whereby one of the items was damaged.
