I’m glad I chose Safeguard, as I have had other storage units in the past that were filthy and mice are through most of my bags and I was never reimbursed. Safeguard is clean and a convenient location close to the Highway so it makes it easier to go in, grab a few things and leave. The staff are nice and reliable and they go out of their way to help.

Phone customer service has been professional and very cordial. Now that our facility doesn't have live agents, I would feel much safer if the glass door area to the elevators also used the key pads. My sister and I were there about 9pm and saw a man entering from the outside doors and coming into the elevator area into the bathroom. When we came down from our 2 units, the same man was still,in the bathroom. He finally left on foot. As we prepared to leave, we observed him returning to the glass area. If the glass area required a code, I would've felt safer. All in all, This is a really nice, clean facility. The prices are fair.
