As soon as I received the product, I contacted them saying there was defective item, but there was no answer yet.
UPS never delivered my $300 order and working them to figure out where it is has been an absolute nightmare. Sabre Customer Support has not responded to any of my querys. Update 8/5/24: Replying to Sabre’s reply, UPS shows that my order did clear customs because it apparently has been traveling through the US and even was supposedly delivered to a UPS Access point down the street… The Access Point says it never arrived. Sabre you were very quick to reply to this review yet you have not replied to my emails or when I reached out on your customer support page. 2nd Update 8/5/24: Sabre Paris, I just spoke to UPS and you lied on your review reply about my package being held up in customs. For anyone seeing this review, the replys here by this company may be complete fabrications. I have still never recieved any response or follow-up to my emails or webpage query from Sabre Paris.

Hi, we are a design firm in Palm Beach, FL, USA. I had reached out on 2 separate occasions to 2 different email address to inquire about opening a trade account. I never received a response and had to purchase for our client at full retail. A week after receiving our order, the US rep reached out right away to work with us but it was too late. Your product is beautiful but I was disappointed that we didn't have a timely response. The US rep was lovely, we would have appreciated the opportunity to work with her.
