I am so impressed with the product and the customer service. I had an unusual experience of doing a duplicate order by mistake. I emailed customer service to cancel the duplicate order, but it had already been processed and shipped. A return label was emailed to me and the process was so quick and efficient. I was notified that the product had been returned and the money put back on my credit card. I am so thankful for this excellent company to buy from.

When Sabre shipped these to the United States, they did put associate their importer/tax ID number with the shipment. I had to contact their customer support, who initially told me UPS needed my info, but UPS said they needed Sabre's. Eventually sorted out, but took 4 phone calls and delayed delivery by a week. Culturally, however, is quite nice but be aware Vintage sets do not come 'ready to eat' and require hand cleaning and scrubbing to remove the excess powder used to create the vintage look

Très bien . Hésitation pour la couleur mais bien Seul petit bémol petits points noirs sur 2 couverts .cela ressort sur la couleur asperge …..

Excellent product, but delivery stuttered. Delivery was still timely, but took three promised dates before the package turned up. It wouldn't put me off reordering.

Il manque une cinquième étoile pour le manque de stock.. difficile de faire un service s'il n'y a pas les pièces...j'ai demandé que l'on m'alerte quand les pièces seront de retour mais il n'est pas indiqué combien de temps, ni meme si elles reviendront...
