The item I Bought arrived very quickly.

Customer service changed a color for me and shipped it out immediately, arriving the next day. Very responsive and helpful! The product is beautiful.

I love my Bistro dinnerware, BUT they do not hold up to dishwasher heat. I have purchased about 18-24 place settings and many pieces-over 40 separate pieces have broken off. The plastic handles break at the thin points near the stainless little " screws" (don't know if they are called "screws") I wrote the company and they replaced many of them for me BUT they continue to break and pretty soon I won't have much of a set left. So sad.

Terrible. They demand to use my personal information and I have no choice or I can’t ask a question or purchase. Terrible.

Wunderschönes Besteck, tolle Farben, liegt gut in der Hand. Ich habe Löffel aus der Serie "Les Décorés" in verschiedenen Farben und Mustern. Die Farbe "rose" sieht auf meinem Bildschirm mehr lila aus als es tatsächlich ist, aber es gefällt mir auch so. Die Lieferung kam erst nicht an, auch der Lieferstatus aktualisierte sich nicht. Darauf angesprochen, schickte Sabre sofort eine neue Lieferung, die wenige Tage später eintraf. Was mit der ersten Lieferung geschehen ist, weiß ich nicht. Insgesamt bin ich sehr zufrieden mit Qualität und Service, auch wenn das Besteck nicht gerade günstig ist.

I had to reorder these spoons and forks as I Ordered the wrong finish. I had contacted the company and received a response but no instruction on what to do. I received the correct items but am now stuck with an item that I will never use at great cost to me.

Sehr schöner Shop, und neben dem gute Laune verbreitenden bunten Besteck ist auch die Verpackung hervorzuheben: schöne Schachteln in fröhlichen Farben.

I love the plastic wear - the utensils should be an expanded line - would love to see it have it’s own category on the website also.

It was very easy to order online. Each piece of silverware is crafted beautifully, and the knives are even serrated and can be used as steak knives. The color is exactly what was advertised on the website.
