Looked at items online and wasnt sure of what i actually required also needed urgently so rang and spoke to a member of staff who was really helpfull
Ordering was very straightforward. Contact with staff was easy, quick and resulted in immediate assistance.
I placed an order on the 12th Nov. Two days later I received an email saying "sorry, we are out of stock, will be despatched in 2-3 days". I replied the same day saying "sorry, but that will be too late, please cancel and I will buy elsewhere". I received an immediate reply saying "sorry, I emailed the wrong person, your order is on its way". This was untrue as the order was not despatched until the 20th November - six days later. The product is good, but useless to me as I had already purchased elsewhere. You are clearly a reputable company which makes my experience all the more disappointing.
