I made a mistake when ordering on-line by not purchasing enough brackets. On phoning S3i a few hours later they told me my order had already been sorted and packed and was awaiting dispatch but the shortage could be corrected and the additional bracket purchased would be added to my order and would be sent out that day without the additional postage. S3i were true to their word and my order was received with the extra bracket and zero hassle.
