Still not had materials and no phone call to say when being delivered. After several calls all I get is that your order is not complete
It was helpful that quite a few spare screws were supplied in the kit. The assembly instructions although very basic contained some useful information.

Helpful advice. Great quality. Quick delivery once ordered. Looks fantastic once installed. What's not to like? One Minor problem - the fitting guide which ensures all bits line up during installation was too tight to slide easily over wooden rail. It would have worked adequately with care but fortunately I have a small lathe which completely cured the problem in 2 mins by opening up the bore by a fraction. I've brought this to their attention. Everything else was top notch.
