I made an error in the postcode for the delivery address, and Rosie went above and beyond to get the parcel back to their warehouse so it could be resent to me. It was great to be able to speak to a human so quickly when I phoned, and to have continuity of speaking to the same person for updates - so rare these days in customer service! I visited the Ruff and Tumble stall at Dogfest Knebworth. I was looking for a beach drying coat for my Toy Poodle. Although they didn’t have any on the stand the staff tried various size coats on my Poodle until they found the perfect fit. Then they took my order and arranged for the beach coat to be despatched directly to me. It arrived within days and looks great.
