I ordered a size of dog bed cover using the measurement too, when it arrived it was too small. Ruff and Tumble arranged a replacement and the return very quickly and efficiently, and the replacement arrived in a timely fashion. Customer Service was excellent

Have purchased from this company several times now and will continue to! Having a spaniel who I swear is part hippo, the drying coats and mitts are a must have for me! Coats are extremely well made and last years. My dog is now 9 and I have only just purchased another coat, only so she has a spare one when one needs to be washed. Come very well packaged and super quick delivery. I highly recommend ruff and tumble

Ordered 2 dog leads, excellent quality but I should have ordered the slim slip lead instead of the thicker one. Returned one of them and the customer service was great, on receipt of the returned item a really helpful email from Millie offering to send me the slim one with the same discount I had on the original order as I had noted on my returns form I would re order this. I said I would re order instead as I'm going to order a drying coat too, she replied and said no problem they would process a refund! Thanks again!

The drying coat arrived promptly. The measuring guide ensured a perfect fit. My dog loves wearing it when he has damp or wet fur to help him dry and keep him warm. Excellent quality and comes in it’s own bag for storage.

Good choice of colours and sizes and delivered quickly. Quality OK, but velcro of the standard type that everything sticks to and which causes pulls, rather than the newer type that just sticks to itself and therefore much easier to use. Not convinced it's of better quality than another I had already that was half the price. Does come with a nice/ useful bag though.

This product from the word go my dog loved it. He loves his 2 minute towel time but still shakes excess mud and water all over. He's not keen on the hood up but brilliant. Taz gets he fun rubs, still shakes and gets to dry off in snuggly comfort with no mess.Would love to add a happy photo.

Excellent communication, prompt delivery and the dogs look so snug. Really useful to keep them warm & dry when they have been swimming.

The dog drying coats are a great product, easy to put on the dog and very thick so that they do actually dry the dog and save your car/furniture etc. They aren't cheap so when dog 1 pulls dog 2's new one off and chews it up I did want to cry. My top tip is if you have 2 dogs dont leave them unattended!

The drying coats are great but our oldest dog one which was the 1st one we bought, the Velcro started not working very well after 18 months These others we have bought since have been better Also bought the throw for a 2 setter sofa but because it’s leather it doesn’t stay on very well, so was going to buy another one but won’t be as it’s rather expensive and not working for us
